It could be 2016 again. I'm watching Mary trying not to cry as she's kicked out of a party because of her failed marriage, and I'm eating popcorn and blowing kisses to Edith.
Like, do I know intellectually that since Season 6 Mary has grown and become a perfectly decent (and now kinda boring) person? Sure. But hey, if Edith antis can bash on Edith for something that happened in Season 1, why shouldn't I show Mary the same grace?
Anyway, Team Edith won and keeps on winning. Looking forward to seeing Edith and Bertie being rich and adorable.

it's nasty how everyone coddled Mary for years when she rejected Matthew but was still in love with him, but just told Edith to get over it right after she was left at the alter
