27. Are you a perfectionist?I’d say so. kinda sucks since my perfectionism clashes with my tendency to procrastinate, which means a lot of the time I’m just left at the wee hours of the night editing or changing something to make it “perfect.”

34. Have you ever thought about becoming a teacher/professor?I thought about it once, when I was considering my future, but it’s really unlikely that I’ll actually pursue teaching as a profession. I’m pretty bad with people in general, especially my peers, and I’m even worse with people younger than me, so I doubt I’d be able to achieve that kind of smooth chemistry that I’d like to have with potential students.

also, teaching means you have to be qualified in some sort of area, and honestly, will I even get there lmao

For Memrise, what I do is use it every. Single. Day. Another important thing is not to do too much all at once – I know, it seems fun to go ahead and learn 50 new words in a day, but trust me, you’ll forget them. I usually limit myself to about 10 or 15 words, and then the next day I’ll review and learn another 10 or 15 words. If I’m running short on time, I’ll only do a review.

For the notebook I’m using, it’s fairly simple. I draw a t-chart, with French on one side and English on the other, and I write the words and the correct translations, as well as the literal translations. I also write down any questions I have, and I use French resources I have found through tumblr (check my French tag) and other resources to take notes on other things (such as my French accent study).
