Started with 45s wash at 90°, then two more 20s steeps before reheating the water.

My steep times got longer as I lost focus (lol, multitasking), and I took a break in the middle to do Christmas shopping with my brother. We didn’t find anything so we got 99¢ tacos instead.

I didn’t track my steep times very well after the break either, but I’ve done like 4 more steeps at 90° and will probably hit it up with 100° before cold brewing the spent leaves.
