The part where Porky & Daffy were looking for jobs was AWESOME!! It was a beautiful callback to the original shorts because it had the title card, a good ol’ jazzy track, hilarious gags to laugh at, and Porky saying the line. I think old and new fans will find joy in watching this scene like I did. I wanted to do a standing ovation because they really deserved it here 👏👏👏
I also like that they referenced one of the first characters, Beans the Cat! I need this logo on a tee NOW!
Warner Bros sold both The Day The Earth Blew Up & Coyote Vs Acme to Ketchup Entertainment, which is a much smaller company with less funds to devote towards marketing. The success of TDTEBU might be why they're able to give CvA more promotion.
Yeah, that’s true. They didn’t have a lot of funding when they promoted tdtebu unfortunately ☹️☹️ I still wish Warner Bros gave it a chance ‘cause I know if this movie came out like ten years ago, they would’ve treated the marketing like it was the movie of the century. Same for “Bye, Bye, Bunny” and even “Coyote vs. ACME.”
Why is there more marketing for “Coyote vs. ACME” than “The Day The Earth Blew Up??” Do you, Warner Bros, know how much potential you had if you marketed that movie?? You could’ve made an “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” reference! You could’ve decorated a boba tea house like the movie! We could’ve had McDonald’s toys and Funko pops! But no. This is tragic… 😞
But at least “Coyote vs. ACME” is getting the spotlight it deserves 😊

Of Course the Guardian has Syd Sween be Porkys crush. Like come on couldnt even make a pun abt her name sounds like swine. Porky pigs actual crush would be Rosie o'donnell. Daffy being gay coded is funny as hell though, yeah sure his celebrity crush is jacob elordi? ill bite.
Also wild it took this long for the film to reach distributions in the uk but as a selfish american im glad bc theres more press money to throw at it now. Instead of eric bauza running himself ragged doing most of the press. Wouldnt be surprised if he used his own money for press of this movie?
