Hello everyone, my name is Winter Soldier and I am apart of a TBMC-DID system. If you are unfamiliar with this, it means torture based mind control. Yes we exist, no we are not made up to scare you.

We may be DID/OSDD focused here but we respect non traumagenic systems. Because this blog talks about hard topics you may relate to we have no DNI and encourage every one to interact. We may be pro endo but anti endos are free to interact as long as they don't hate, same with pro endos. Just be respectful to each other and it will be ok! Love one another, not hate.

One of the things mod 🧪 said to me when I was first discovering my TBMC history is "RAMCOA doesn't mean you have the entire adjective. It doesn't need to be extremely organized. Just intentional."

There's a book out there I'm not going to name that basically teaches parents how to use extreme abuse to raise a child. it can definitely just be done by parents.

I physically force myself to sit up and do something around the time when the program goes off. It's a conscious effort to not let yourself drift off or relax.

I'll also set an alarm for 10 minutes in case I do. Use the same alarm sound every time. Make it as annoying as possible.

It's about getting out of the cycle of giving into the program and giving your brain something else to do.

I'm not going to say what is and isn't possible because there truly isn't enough research to know. However, forced perpetration trauma is a bitch and I'm sorry you live with that.

What I do (not a lot of evidence myself) is remind myself that my current symptoms are real. That's also how my therapist addresses it. Even if I can't prove what happened to me, I know what I'm experiencing now.
