Amúgy a tavasz beköszöntével mozgékonyabb lettem, ma például hazasétáltam a fodrásztól (Újlipótváros -> Kálvin tér), de vasárnap is inkább legyalogoltam a három megállót 5 perc várakozás helyett. Ez egyébként Londonban kezdődött, mert a vásár és a szállás közt eleve sétálni kellett kb 20 percet, és este, a munka után még rá is toltam kerülőkkel.
Tudom, hogy ez amúgy nem sok, de ahhoz képest mennyire keveset mozogtam télen, ez már lényeges javulás. (Illetve fontos megjegyeznem, hogy elég jó tempóban sétálok, ráadásul most kimondottan energikus dalok vannak a harmadéves playlistemen, ami még jobban felpörget. Már-már futok... na jó, azért azt nem! 😀)
