What is the degree theory?
The degree theory views the zodiac wheel similar to math - because it is comprised in the form of a circle, it must be 360 degrees. Then when we factor in that there are twelve zodiac signs, so we divide 360 by 12 which results in 30. This is how we get to those little degrees you see next to your zodiac sign when you put your info into a natal chart calculator.
The name commonly associated with the degree theory is Nikola Stojanovic. He is known for inventing it as well as giving the interpretation upon the 22nd degree, which I’ve talked about in my previous post about Capricorn degrees!
What are the Taurus degrees?
The Taurus degrees are 2, 14, and 26.
What do the Taurus degrees symbolize?
Traditionally, these degrees are summarized as being about wealth, the voice, singing, money, the color green, luxuries, the earth, and being the best or at the top level of something.
Per usual, here are several other interpretations from different researchers that I’ve summarized below, with sources mentioned.

This is someone with little appreciation for life, a deep sense of loneliness, a feeling of little to live for, and a tendency to isolate. Their pessimistic nature can be from having too much freedom and too many choices given at random times that the individual is stuck on how to take advantage of. None of it lasts long which isn’t helped by the fact that this person procrastinates a lot. A lifelong journey for this person includes taking a look at their childhood both good and bad, learning what it’s like to be in honest and reciprocal relationships with others, and realizing what part they’d like to play in humanity.
From Degrees of the Zodiac by Esther V. Leinbach in 1973

From Chandra Symbols by Ellias Lonsdale

From Fixed Stars and Degrees of the Zodiac by Ec Mathews in 1968
This is someone with a deep longing for the mystical truths in life. They may seek companionship in someone who can teach them something, or retire in a monastic way that allows them time to meditate on life’s truths to their content. There is little ill will to a person with this degree (at least in terms of the matters related to the planet this degree is attached to) and they usually do all they can to benefit society. This degree also rules circulation of the blood, and the concept of having an idea.

It is $10 a month, and on top of having countless information at your hands, I will not only be recommending books but also engaging in monthly Q&A's so that we can talk shop together. And yes, this course will be useful even if you’ve been an astrologer for years with clients of your own. Would this be something you’re interested in joining?
