Like sure, maybe it was an outter rim planet so the empire just didn't want to deal, maybe they didn't want to mess with the Hutt clans yet, but It just doesnt add up?

Like, Palpatine wanted Anakin's anger to become a better, stronger Vader. So why not go back to the planet that took his mother? That has the remnants of what he was once a slave to? Why not dig up Anakin's original pain amd suffering?

Anakin was kind of proud of it, “Yeah, my mom says it was helpful! Sometimes I get all the words mixed up, because I gotta go from Huttesse then Basic, and I think the Hutts hate nouns for places and people, because there’s only, like, one for everything.”

Obi-Wan looked overwhelmed, “So if I told you to address me as teacher rather than Master…?”

Annnd there he goes again, making no sense! It was hard to keep in his frustration. “There’s no difference!”

Master Windu looked… Not good. “What do you address your mother as?”

"Mother of mine, parent, she who gives life…" Anakin answered, then in basic, “mom or mother…?”

Master Windu hesitated, “Teacher, elder…”

"Master." Anakin answered, “Teacher, owner, better, he who controls…”

The air in the council room became stifling, “Did I… Translate wrong?”

And look.... I am far away from being a specialized at the matter. But Tattoine... shouldn't be able to support life with what was said.

1st. It is orbiting two suns. If we humans can die if our body gets on a high temperature provoked by one sun... Two would be devastating. Other species might survive. But humans? Well. Only if they envolved to survive on higher temperatures. But even then... There a lot of people who is not from Tattoine and they go there just fine.

2nd. It has to have a source water somewhere. A source of water that does not dry. Stick with me. Own and Beru had a moisture farm. The water they took from the air has to come from somewhere. This demands water to exist. So Tattoine can't be only a ball of sand and dust. Somewhere in that goddam forsaken planet has water.

What I wonder is... Where's it?

Now I have a hc about it: Underground. It would be cooler enough to flow water. Still warm enough to vaporize it. And a part of the gas could travel till the surface.

Idk. I want a tottoine fic which explores this idea of the planet. Might be with a basis in sci-fi. So. With a scientific rethoric, even if not entirely correct. Just like everything in sci fi content.

Just imagine there is an entire underwater source. Like an ocean beneath the earth that keeps the surface fit enough to to survive.

Or oasis

Or the hutts having control over these oasis

Legends of the slave people or tusken about deep caves with bodies of water.

One of my favourite things in Star Wars is the multiple species from all the different planets. Jawas have been my all time favourite background species since i first watched a new hope when I was young.
