Today... whilst freshening up before getting my dressings changed, I found myself standing naked in front of the mirror. I saw my body: a work in progress. A canvas. I saw my tattoos: a story still being written on that canvas. They're 26 of them. I counted today. Each, representing a chapter of my life, #personalGrowth, and #personaldevelopment. I remember the stigma and double-talk that came with getting them. "Where will he work?" "How does he expect to succeed?" Bearded, tattooed, a cussbird, opinionated... heavily muscled... where will he fit? He.. doesn't... And never needed to. He... is powerful.. purposeful, on purpose.
