Tropical Salmon is a delicious dish that combines the rich taste of salmon with the sweet and sour tastes of honey, lime, and pineapple. It brings a taste of the tropics to your table and is great for a family dinner or a special event.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup pineapple juice. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced pineapple and lime wedges for garnish. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with sliced pineapple, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro before serving.
