Frank Milo | 71 years old | Part-Time at The Tackle Shack | Bill Murray
Frank is the pervious owner of the Tackle shack, and owned it for nearly forty years. Frank has been married to his wife Stella for fifty-five years and they did not have any children. Frank always felt like he wanted to help all the kids in the area that were interested in fish. Whether it was to teach them how to fish or give them a job at the shack. Maverick worked for Frank in his teenage years and later coming back to Hartsville to work for him again but the tables were turned slightly when Frank wanted to retire giving the Tackle Shack to Maverick because he always felt the closest to him. Frank now works for Maverick part-time, even though he wanted to retire he couldn’t keep himself away from the tackle shack and found himself always hanging around.
Maverick and Frank are similar in the fact they both want to help the kids in the area gain responsibility by having a job. Their love for fishing is something they will always share in the similar sense.
Maverick and Frank are different when it comes to the way they handle the business of the tackle shack. Maverick is all about doing things in a newer fashion where as Frank would like to do things as a cash only business. Frank does not like change at all and changing things in smallest ways makes him feel like it going to change everything. Maverick wants changes for bigger and better things to come.
