These delightful tartelettes combine the fragrant flavors of orange blossom water with the nuttiness of pine nuts, nestled atop a buttery puff pastry base. They are a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch, making them an elegant treat for any occasion.

Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry. 1/2 cup almond meal. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup pine nuts. 1 tablespoon orange blossom water. Powdered sugar, for dusting.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small rounds using a cookie cutter. In a bowl, mix almond meal, sugar, melted butter, and orange blossom water until well combined. Place the puff pastry rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the almond mixture evenly over the pastry rounds. Sprinkle pine nuts over the almond mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is set. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
