Just like with Tim and Dally, I think Tim's too cold to be in a relationship while Darry, at least at some point, pushed everyone away.
I don't think they're the thing, but clearly it happened. Pony woke up to Tim randomly in his house. Surprised he didn't call him brother-in-law or something like that.
I just don't want to see Tim happy, you know?
Anyways, Darry is my favorite repressed homosexual and what I love the most about this ship is the fact they're both older brothers to little troublemakers (purly is gonna be it's own thing) and i feel they might relate to each other a lot on that. Tim might've been the only support Darry had when Pony ran away. They could lean on each other, but I don't ever see it developing a whole lot. Darry hates Curly and Tim hates Pony anyways.
