The night you met him was one youâll never forget. That night in the club, you remember that sound pounding in your head, the smell of smoke coming from some places, and you also remember tripping, making the drink you had in your hand landed in someoneâs shirt.
-Iâm so sorry- you said as you tried to clean your drink from the fabric -or maybe no- you said when you look at the man in front of you, he was looking at you surprised -no, Iâm really sorry, I justâŠ
-Donât worry, Iâm also glad this happen- he said with a wink -Taron- you look at him confused -Iâm Taron- you laughed before you answer
-Yn, Iâm Yn- both of you smiled for a moment -Iâm sorry Iâm bothering you and maybe your girlfriend is waiting for you.
-Maybe- he said, your smile faded for a second -Or maybe Iâm here with a couple of friends with no girlfriendâŠ
-I really hope itâs the second one- you said.
Next thing you new you were on you woke up in the bed beside him, you look at him for a moment, he was still asleep, his peaceful face had a little smile on it, you thought for a moment that maybe you could stay and see what happened but you also knew that maybe it would be selfish, you get up from the bed and tried to collect all your things but a coin fall from one of your pockets, waking him up.
-Hey, where are you going?
-Honestly? I was going to leave- you said before you look around- but I just realized that this is my apartment- you said as the two of you laughed.
-Are you hungry? I know a great place- you smiled before you nod.
You spent the rest of the day, he told you about his work, how he found out that he wanted to become an actor, he told you about how he felt the first time he was on the set and then how he felt to be back in the theater.
-Itâs been a while since I did a show.
-Do you have to sing?- you asked.
-Nah, but I talk a lot.
-Shame.
-So you donât like how I talk?- he jokes.
-No, I like how you talk. That accent is kind of hot but I saw rocket man and I love how you sing.
-So you think my accent is hot?- he winked.
-youâll childless- you said
You remember that day as you ignore Taronâs call, itâs been weeks since the day you spend together, he try to text you and call you but you never answered him, that day was hard for you, your disease was bring you down, you could barely move, most of your body hurt and when the painkillers work, the tiredness barely let you move or been awake. You went to the door after you heard the doorbell, you expected to see the delivery man but instead you saw Taron with your food in his hands.
-What are you doing here? And whereâs Jaime? I need to pay himâŠ
-I paid for your foodâŠ
-You didnât have to do itâŠ
-I know but I didnât know what to do, you donât answer my message or return my calls, youâŠ
-Iâm doing you a favor- you said.
-By making me suffer?
-Taron Iâm sick, and Iâm not talking about a little cold, Iâm talking about a chronic illness- you stop talking for a second -believe me, you should goâŠ
-No, I wonât leave- he said, you sight before you let him in, he put your food down and he started to take everything out, you gave him one of the containers, he looked at you confused.
-It was for my brother, he told me heâll come and take care of me but heâs in a meeting so maybe heâll eat something around his work.
-when is he going to get here?- you shrugged.
-I donât know, heâs working on a big project for his work and he always said his boss is an assholeâŠ
-I can stay with you- you look to the other side of the room.
-You donât have to do that- you said -I bet you have more interesting and better things to do than to take care of someone.
-Iâll stay- he said again.
-why?- he didnât answer, he took your food to the couch.
-Have you seen Robin Hood?
-you want me to watch you in action?- he smiled.
-I was saying the one with Russel crowed but I donât mind if you watch me- he winked.
The two of you watch a couple of movies, you joke in some parts of them, you like that he invented other dialogues. At some point you fall asleep, he stays most of the night searching about what disease you had, how to help, when he notices how late it was he wakes you up.
-Hey love- he said -wake upâŠ
-what time is it? And whereâs Matt?
-he called, and say he just get out of work, I told him I can stay with you- he said -donât worry he asked a lot of question and asked me all my information, he said that you have to call him first thing in the morning
-Taron itâs ok, I can stay alone..
-Canât leave, I promised your brother Iâll stay and he also told me where the sheet was, I already made my bed, so come on letâs take you to your bed- you nod, you were embarrass for all the help you need as he lead you to the bed, when he notice you were comfortable and that you didnât need anything else, he start to walk to the door but you stop him -Taron why you do this? Why stay with me, Iâm just a burden- he gave you a smile before he talked.
-Try to rest, Iâll see you in the morning.
When you woke up you completely forgot about Taron until you saw him sleeping in an improvised bed on the floor, you crawled out of bed and sat on the floor, you could feel the pain in your joints.
-Taron- you said as you moved him a little -hey woke up- he opened his eyes and gave you a small smile before he realized you were on the floor.
-oh my god, darling are you ok? What are you doing on the floor?- you couldnât help but smile.
-I can ask you the same thing- he blushed a little.
-I was afraid that youâll need something and I wonât be able to hear you, so I decided to stay here- he said.
-Iâm sorry- you said -you must be exhaustedâŠ
-You donât need to be sorry for that- he said -but you should be sorry for ghosting me- you couldnât help but laugh- are you making fun of my suffering?- you shook your head- thatâs mean love.
-Iâm not making fun of you⊠itâs just that I never heardâŠ
-are you saying that Iâm old?- you laugh again.
-Just any person saying that word- you said- and Iâm sorry for not answering you.
-Good- he said as he played with your hair- because if Iâm honest Iâm falling in love with you- you lean back and look at the floor.
-You shouldnâtâŠ
-Why not? Youâre funny, you have great taste in music, I feel like me when Iâm close to you, I donât have to fake who I am and also youâre extremely hot- he wink.
-But Iâm sick Taron, days like this are more common than you think and I have to do blood tests and doctor's appointmentsâŠ
-And I will be there on those days, Iâd like to talk to your doctor and maybe Iâll pass out when they take your blood but I want to be thereâŠ
-Are you sure about that?- you asked him.
-Yes- he said as he got close to you -I already told you but I kind of fell in love with you.
-Well- you start to say and lower your sight -I kind of falling for you too- he smiled before he kissed you.
-Come on, love, letâs get you something to eat- he said as he got up- I remember that you barely touched your dinner⊠are you ok?- he asked you when he saw that you were still sitting on the floor.
-yes but- you blush -I hate to say it but I need help to stand up and maybeâŠ- he didnât let you finish he helped you and he also helped you to walk to the kitchen -thanks- he kissed you before you finished the sentence.
-It 's ok, BettyâŠ
-you said you like me, and you donât even remember my name?- you asked.
-Oh shit, no thatâs not what happened⊠I just thought that you donât have to ask for help if you call me Al- he starts to get nervous- you now like the song and I can call you BettyâŠ-you could help but laugh.
-You came up with that, with that single phrase? I think I love youâŠAl- he smirks.

Chapter 6
It was strange to continue with your day as normal when youâd just found out you were pregnant. It reminded you of when youâd first got engaged and decided not to share the news immediately. Living for that little bit extra in your own bubble of happiness. Except this time the wait to tell people was going to be a fair bit longer. Life was going to continue as though nothing had changed at all, and with each minute which passed, little by little, bit by bit, you were growing your baby, your future.
âIsnât it weird that itâs literally half of you and half of me.â You thought aloud from your end of the sofa as you sat with your feet stretched out into Taronâs lap.
âItâs not weird, itâs science, DNA, life! Itâs how itâs always been.â
âI know, but considering itâs inside me it feels like it should be more of a 60/40 split.â Taron laughed hard at your suggestion.
âYouâre funny, but that would be so sexist. Donât you want our child to have half of my genes? They might get my smile, or witty sense of humour.â He grinned smugly.
âThey might inherit your weird love of mayo on everything.â You teased him back.
âHey!â
âIâm kidding, it would be adorable to have a little version of you running around this place one day.â It was too easy to picture your future life in this house with your own family. A warm summers evening with the patio doors wide open, your favourite music drifting out into the garden as you sat with a glass of wine and watched Taron playing with your child, son or daughter, you could see both just as clearly. It was perfect. Life would be perfect, and you were well on your way to being there.
âIâm so glad youâre happy about this. When I came home earlier and found you crying my stomach sank a bit. I thought you might say⊠I wasnât sure youâd be ready. Not yet anyway, and I didnât know how to tell you how much I want this.â Taron reached his hand out and waited for you to follow his lead and take hold of it. âIâve been dreaming of this, wishing for it, for a while now but I didnât want to push you. I was happy to wait for you to be ready.â
âIâm not sure Iâd ever feel totally ready.â You admitted. âItâs still terrifying, but itâs happening, and thereâs no way on earth that Iâd ever consider ending this. I want this baby, your baby-â
âOur baby.â Taron interrupted.
âOur baby.â You smiled back to him. âBut I need you with me on this, more than ever, because I have no idea whatâs around the corner.â Â You pulled his hand towards you and encouraged him to move up the sofa between your legs so you could leave a soft kiss to his lips. âBut with you, I feel safe.â
âIâm here, Iâm so here for all of it, and Iâll do anything you need. I want you to feel safe and happy and relaxed.â He replied with another kiss. âIâm so lucky.â Your lips were barely parting as he continued to let his thoughts flow, unfiltered. âTo have you.â Each sentence split by kisses. âSo lucky.â Growing more teasing. âTo have your love.â More needy. âand to get to love you every day.â You slid your fingers into the back of his hair as you held him close and took his kisses with ease. âGod, I want you so badly.â He sighed.
âIâm yours.â You replied with a whisper into his ear which caused the short hairs at the nape of his neck to stand on end.
âAll mine.â He sighed again before looking straight into your eyes. âAre you comfortable?â
âMmhm.â You nodded.
âGood, because Iâm dying to pleasure you. Right. Now.â He kept his voice deep and his words slow, each one hitting you deep in your core and making you throbbing in excitement. âAnd Iâm going to take my time.â He pulled his bottom lip into his mouth as he let his words linger. He could see the arousal written all over your face and he loved it. âAre you already wet for me?â He asked simply and you could only nod again. âGood girl.â Â
Despite knowing what was about to happen, you were thrown when Taron started to kiss you again and not lower himself down your body. He was leaving you hanging and being the ultimate tease and it made you want to kick your feet in protest. You were dying to be touched and pleasured between your thighs, and yet Taronâs hand remained at the side of your neck as his tongue played inside your mouth. It was killing you. Breaking the kiss off to look down between your bodies wasnât the hint he needed, and his mouth moved to your neck instead, so you went for the less subtle approach. You traced your fingers down from his shoulder, over his chest and stomach and lightly rubbed around his crotch before cupping his solid bulge through his trousers. It drew a heavenly moan out of him.
âYou like that?â
âAlways.â He replied instantly, moving his eye contact back to yours and smiling. âBut weâll get to that soon. I want you to be dripping for me first.â
âTouch me.â You practically begged, making his eyes follow yours to your own crotch.
âOh, you really want it, donât you?â
âMmmhm.â You whined.
âLetâs take these off first.â His fingers dipped under the waist band of your trousers and pulled the elastic out so he could tug the soft material down from your hips. He continued to take his sweet time and run his hands down your thighs and over your knees and shins as the material bundled up at your ankles. You wanted to kick your trousers off yourself but giggled as Taron stood up and pulled hard to free you from them. âThatâs better.â He commented as he looked down at you, watching you move your hand between your thighs so you could start to touch yourself over the top of your underwear. âYou tease.â He couldnât take his eyes away from your fingertips. âMake them wet for me.â The dampness from your arousal seeped through the pink cotton as you dragged two fingers up your folds to your clit, darkening the material much to Taronâs delight. âFucking beautiful.â He settled himself on his knees between your legs and rubbed his hands up and down your thighs as he simply watched you playing with yourself for a few seconds.
âStop imagining it, and just do it.â You teased him. âCome and taste me.â As you lifted your hips and started to lower your damp underwear for him he took over, sliding them down your legs and off your feet before scrunching them up and inhaling the scent deeply.
âYouâre not getting these back for a while.â He smirked as he bundled them into his back pocket. âTheyâre mine now.â Knowing heâd be wanking over them one day in the future was a hot thought.
it killed you when he moved back up your body to kiss you again instead. Just as you thought he was fully invested in going down on you his lips met yours in a searing kiss. His tongue worked itâs magic, teasing and playing as though youâd never kissed before. It had you melting down harder into the cushions, his weight, and heat, and passion suddenly taking your breath away.
âTaron.â You panted softly as he pulled back. âFucking hell.â He could only smirk down at you, as if to say âYeah, I know.â And you were gone. Lost entirely to lust and to love. Needing him to touch you, fill you, take you to the edge and push you so hard over it that you couldnât see straight. You felt like your eyes were pleading enough with him already, but still he restrained himself. His fingertips danced over your hips, waist, stomach and thighs as his eyes stayed glued to your glistening core. Your saw the arousal jolt through his torso as you touched yourself again and moaned softly for him.
âI want you.â You purred as you sank two fingers deeply into yourself, watching on as he licked his lips slowly.
âYouâre so hot, oh my god.â
âTaste me.â You instructed him before lifting your fingers to his mouth and pushing them between his lips, feeling his tongue dance against your skin as he sucked them clean and swallowed around you. He took hold of your wrist and pulled your fingers from his mouth before kissing them gently in appreciation.
âThatâs what I want. Be loud for me. Tell me what you want, tell me how it feels.â He locked his eyes with yours for a moment longer, finding the palm of your hand with his and then linking your fingers as he held it.
âIâm not going to last.â You admitted and he giggled to himself.
âI donât want you to. Iâm just gonna keep going and you can have them all.â
âOh my god, yes.â You replied as you dropped your head back to the cushion below and felt Taron finally lower his face between your thighs. âStart slow.â
âSlow.â He hummed against your inner thigh, keeping his voice deep and letting the vibrations start things off before leaving a trail of gentle, wet kisses as he moved in to lightly lick your dampness.
âOh thatâs it!â you cried out as your needs were finally being met. âYou can go deeper.â
âMmmm, âk.â He rumbled back before parting your folds with his tongue, working up each side of your clit and kissing you a few times.
âThat feels so good, oh wow.â His tongue flattened out against you, working a little harder and faster, rippling over your sensitive spot and you let out a cry of delight. âRight there!... Fuck. Yes. Fuck, fuck.â You used your free hand to run your fingers through the top of your own hair as you arched your back with pleasure. âJust⊠suck, suck a little.â
âYes, baby. Tell me what you want.â Taron growled against you as he heard your instructions, following them quickly and pressing his lips in against your clit to pleasure you.
âOh god, yes! This is perfect. Donât stop.â You sighed deeply. âPlease, donât stop.â The noises coming from both of you mixed into a wet, hot, panting soundtrack. Taron lapped you up, kissing, licking, sucking and submerging himself into his own frenzy as he heard every single moan, heavy breath, cry and curse that escaped your lips. âFaster.â You added as you moved your hand down and into Taronâs hair to keep him in place.
âOh thatâs it, fuck, yes. Yes, yes, yes. Iâm there. Shit, Iâm gonna- Iâm- oh my god. I canât. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.â The unfiltered words that left your lips prepared Taron for your shaking thighs and pulsing core that accompanied your first orgasm. You swear you could feel him smiling to himself as he pulled back a little and licked you slowly through it.
âGorgeous.â He commented as you lay spent, breathing heavily and looking up to the ceiling, your fingers still lightly playing in the top of his hair. âYou taste so sweet.â He went back in to lick up the new pool of liquid youâd created for him and you flinched happily from the sensitivity heâd ignited.
âThat was incredible.â
âThat was just the start.â Another kiss was left to your inner thigh before he released your hand so he could kneel up and pull his t-shirt off over his head. âKnowing youâre pregnant is mad. Youâre so attractive right now. I just wanna-â He cut his own sentence off.
âWanna what?â It was your turn to tease him. Seeing him like this, for you, was the hottest thing. Sex with Taron had always been good, but if youâd have known heâd be down for you this badly once you were pregnant you might have thought about making it happen sooner.
âFuck you in every possible way, all at the same time.â He laughed. âand, if for any reason that pregnancy test was a false positive, it sure as hell wont be once Iâm done with you.â
âFuck me, thatâs hot.â You swooned just as hard over him as he was over you, watching in delight as he opened the top of his trousers and freed his rock-solid cock.
âGet down here.â He growled before grabbing your ankles and pulling you down the sofa so you aligned perfectly with his crotch. Your legs were lifted over his shoulders and a shared look fell naturally between you as he pushed his tip into you and started to take you for his own pleasure this time around. There was nothing slow or teasing about it. Skin met skin, loudly. Taronâs groans were short and sharp, laced with pants of âfuckâ and intakes of breath dragged between his teeth. Minutes passed with nothing but pleasure flowing between you as he fucked you hard. When he leant forward to get a better angle inside you, placing one hand down beside your head and forcing your leg back to your chest you let go for the second time. You held on tightly to his upper arm as you came apart around him, your eyes screwed shut and mouth open wide letting out the scream of pleasure.
âFucking hell, Y/N.â Taron swore, stuttering his own rhythm at the feel of you losing it. âJesus, I canât. Youâre so tight and wet.â
âDonât stop, please.â You panted back, moving your hand to his chest and then up to his jaw to get him to look at your face and not the sight of him fucking you. âYouâre so good. Not yet.â
âSlower.â He replied as he edged himself. âI can still feel you tensing.â He smiled as his movements in and out sparked small impulses inside you. âThis is heaven.â
âI love you so much.â You reached up to leave a soft kiss to his lips.
âI love you more.â
âDo you wanna cum in me or on me?â
âMmmm, choices.â Taron mused as he started to pick his speed back up. âIn.â
âSo you can watch it run out of me after?â You picked the dirty talk back up so he could get off with even more enjoyment.
âOh fuck, yes.â He groaned as you teased your fingertips down his shoulders and back, lingering for a moment and then taking a firm hold of his arse.
âThatâs it, Taron. Give it to me. You feel so good inside me.â
âFuck, fuck fuck.â He hissed in pleasure, upping his pace again and working himself right up to the edge.
âCome for me, baby.â You encouraged softly but his focus was completely held by the sight of his cock thrusting into you.
âOh god, yes.â He muttered to himself. âFuck, fuck, oh yes.â He slowed his thrusts as he came, and you moved your hands back to his chest so you could feel his heart pounding.
âGood?â You asked him simply.
âIncredible.â He replied as he pulled out and flashed you his most charming of smiles whilst waiting for the inevitable cocktail of pleasure to flow from you. âGod, that sight never gets old. Youâre such a mess, let me clean you up.â He smirked before reaching for the tissue box. âJust kidding.â He threw the box across the living room carelessly and made you laugh.
âTaron!â
âWhat?â He cocked one eyebrow and left a quick kiss to your mouth. âThis is all mine.â
âOh my god, fuck.â You swore in pleasure again as his tongue dragged up and over your sensitive skin in a single long stroke. His repeated licks had you squirming beneath him and when he started to suck against your clit again you felt his arm move across your lower stomach to hold you down. âTaron, I canât take it, fuck.â
âOne more.â His deep voice vibrated into you, and you knew you could give in to it. Everything felt so tense and heightened but you knew if you relaxed, heâd get you there in seconds. You closed your eyes and focused on your breathing, slowing and deepening each one, relaxing your thighs, your glutes, your abs and finally your core. âMmmm thatâs it.â Taron breathed back against your skin as he lightened the pressure from his tongue and slowed right down to match your pace.
âThatâs really nice.â You sighed as the tingling built up once more. Soft kisses, light breaths, gentle hums and swirls from his tongue pleasured you in exactly the right way. You were moaning for him, arching your back in delight and swearing under your breath as he continued.
âIâve got you.â He encouraged. âJust one more.â
The next wave of pleasure that built was the one you took, calmer than the previous two but still stunning. Gentle pulses surged through you, leaving you feeling utterly relaxed and completely defeated to the incredible man who couldnât think of a better place on Earth to be than between your thighs.
The snow was gracefully falling on the ground and the heating was on high. Taron and you were putting up the Christmas decorations and decorating the tree was the last thing to do.
âTaron does this look alright?â You stand up and step back. âYeah itâs perfect loveâ after Taron had a fight with the lights and the tinsel gently placed by yourself, all that was left was to put the angel on the top of the tree.
âGo on love you can do it.â You smile and run the tree like a child.
âThere we go. All doneâ Taron says while wrapping his arms around your waist. You lean your head back on onto Taronâs shoulder. âIt lookâs perfect and only took erm two and a half hoursâ you giggle and Taron smiles then glanced out of the window. âHey baby why donât we go outside?â âOh my god yes!â The two on you rush upstairs to change into something warm.
Then you run into the snowy garden with Taron not too far behind. You create a small snowball and throw it at Taron hitting him right in the forehead. âYou are so dead missy.â Taron laughed and was chasing after you while kicking snow at you. Once he caught up to you he grabbed you from behind and spun you around but he slipped causing you both falling to the ground. You both burst into a fit of laughter as you landed on top of Taron. Once the laughter died, Taron was looking directly into your eyes and slowly placed his hand on the side of your face gently pulling you towards him. Your lips brush his but he pulls you in to have a deep, meaningful kiss. Taron breaks the kiss and he is breathless, he tucks a piece of hair from behind. âYour gorgeousâ you blush and look down. âOi i mean it. I love youâ âi love you Taron.â
John had told him before the plan. He had it memorized within his mind for the past few days. Hop over the ledge, get past the wagons with bread, sneak past the ever-lazy guards, climb up the stone bricks and right into the side room where the guest room was. Simple. He knew he could handle it. Heâd done something like this at least a million times, none of this was new. Then why was he so worried about it?
He tossed and turned a few more times in his stiff bed, well... a bed would be an overstatement. It was a wooden plank in the back of a wagon that John had situated for him to stay until dawn.Â
âGet some good rest, this will be quite the extraneous task, considering the Lady of the Manor is within those walls,â John instructed him. Robin had nodded his head, paying no mind to the warning. He hadnât heard much about the Lady, other than that she was a stubborn mule that often bit the hand that fed it. She wouldnât take no for an answer, and she was ruthless just like her father. He was very well aware of the fight she had started in the town square for her own selfish benefit of gaining a few extra gold coins at the expense of the men fighting for their life over a petty cause. John had seen the Lady escape that day, right after she had shoved a man down the stairs nearby, so much so that he was rendered blind due to the bruises on his head. She was part of the scum, she was part of the problem, John had spewed into Robinâs ears. Once again, the archer just nodded his head and listened, carefully. He didnât want to give an opinion so soon of a Lady. Perhaps there were extra circumstances that he needed to skepticize; at least thatâs what he had told himself when he had seen Marian with the Sheriff.Â
Robin shut his eyes, tightly, turning around once again in an effort to shake the image of his past lover with someone else. It wasnât working at all. He sighed, opening his eyes to face the stars above him. Each star twinkled and danced around, just like the reflections off of the coins he stole, each with itâs own tale. He chuckled, softly, to himself as he tried his best to remember the last escapade he did. He almost lost his arm; it was such a close call. Luckily, John was there to yank him out of sight from the guards, or else he wouldâve been finished. He let out a yawn, momentarily covering it with the back of his hand before his eyes slowly drooped, before ultimately closing as he let sleep take over him. The breeze that cooled him down flew over to where the Lady sat, right outside her window. She frowned, looking at the town from her high angle and realized how pitiful everyone was. However, they couldnât be more in a state of misery as she was; always locked away inside her room. She scoffed, leaning out the window to take a glance at where the guards were. They were always stationed in the worst possible places, but as she did so, she noticed someoneâs feet sticking out of the wagon where only half of it was visible to her naked eyes.Â
Taking this as a new responsibility, she grabbed a couple of her dresses and descended down the side, using the stone bricks as her ladder with the help of her dresses that was currently anchored to her bed. When she finally landed down onto the ground, she scurried past a few guards and made sure not to disrupt the horses in the stables as she jumped over the ledge. No one in her family would ever use those horses in the first place, but ever since that puny Robin Hood had managed to create a ruckus around the town, all the important individuals were forced to house a few guards in their houses in exchange for protection. She thought it was quite disgusting at first, because she had convinced her family that protecting oneâs self did not have to be done through guards who were clearly lusting after her. The Sheriff, however, paid no mind to her requests and she scowled, storming off to her room then for an hour of reflection.
When she had approached the wagon more closely, she noticed the bow and arrow sitting upright, above the sleeping man. She couldnât make out his face as he had turned over to the side, his face covered in the position that he was currently sleeping in. She huffed out loud, hands on her hips as she decided that whoever this man was, heâd have to leave soon. Sleeping on her familyâs land was the last thing she needed. She moved to the side of the wagon and grabbed the bow to see whoâs it belonged to and much to either her dismay or astonishment, her fingers had brushed past the carved initials of R and H. It was Robin Hood. She gasped, slightly, a hand flying to her mouth as she made her way back around to face the sleeping man. He had moved in his position, now facing the sky again with an arm propped underneath his head. His lips were slightly parted, his chest rising and then falling as his eyes flickered at times underneath his closed eyelids. The Robin Hood was sleeping in a wagon right outside her manor.Â
My, my, my, she thought to herself, isnât this truly something?
She could easily call the guards over and capture him. Yes, she should do that and as she placed the bow back and stepped back from the wagon, a thought came flying to her head. A man as skilled and mischievous as him, wouldnât be sleeping here in plain sight like a fool. He couldnât possibly be that idiot, now could he? No. Perhaps... perhaps he was purposely sleeping here so she wouldâve seen him. Because heâd have wanted her attention. She proudly smiled, lifting her chin up at the thought. She knew she quite beautiful, but this was fueling her ego on a completely different level.Â
Ah, so if games is what he was to play... then she would gladly play along.
She clasped her hands together at the thought. He would come into the manor, tomorrow, hopefully and she would catch him by surprise. Once sheâd have her fun with him, she could then use him for her plan. She began to make her way back, clearly giddy at her own idea of fooling the one man she was sworn to hate...
Robin had groaned in the early morning, stretching his arms and legs a bit as he stood straight up. He was startled, however, by the sight of John in front of him with his head shaking in disappointment.
âCouldâve slept with the maids inside, no one would have ever seen you...â John scoffed.
âReally?â Robin asked, tilting his head.
âNo, you fool, I was jesting. Now, come, you have much work to do. I shall be waiting outside of these walls with the wagon. You know what to do... do it well,â John stated, patting his back. Robin grumbled, standing up and grabbing his belongings before secretly making his way to the side wall. He looked up, noticing the stone bricks that stuck out in certain places, almost as if someone used them regularly to climb along. He had raised his eyebrow, staring at those bricks for a while before grabbing one and hoisting himself up. Well, whatever was up there, heâd have to be extremely careful.
When he hoisted himself over the windowâs edge, he groaned as his gut hit the edge as he tumbled inwards. He stood up, immediately, and looked around the room to make sure no one saw that. He shook his head, stifling a small yawn as he scanned the room before him. The tossed bed covers, the messy dresses laid out on a table and some jewelry displayed out on the nightstand. Ah, so there was a guest in this room. Perfect, he cursed under his breath before stashing the jewels into his bag.Â
With that, he exited the room, quietly and creeped over to the stairs at the end that led to the cellar downstairs. From what he had inquired, the Lord of the Manor had decided to shift all their personal belongings to a place that wasnât easily accessible to commoners. Lucky for Robin, he had managed to find a blacksmith that created a similar key to the cellar room. This was too easy, he thought to himself, but then again... after all the fighting he had to previously, this would be a vacation of sorts.
He had slipped the key in, turning it to the right before entering the cellar. God, it was dark in here and as he grabbed a torch hanging beside him, he heard a voice in front of him,
âWell, well, well, if itâs Robin of Locksley.â
His head snapped towards the direction of the voice, moving the torch closer before it illuminated the face of (Y/N). She had a frown on her, chin upwards as she faced him. The corner of his lips slowly curved upwards at the sight of her, and he didnât fail to notice the way her eyes had faltered down to glimpse at his bow before climbing right back up to his set of green eyes.Â
âShouldnât you be tucked into your bed by now?â He teased, cocking his head to the side as he did so. Her frown deepened, hands balled into fists as she took a step towards him,
âShouldnât you be rotting in prison, Locksley?â She snapped and his jaw dropped for a moment before a cheeky grin formed on his face.Â
âI didnât think someone like you could fire back instantly like that, I see this hellhole has a lot to offer to you too!â He cried out, beginning to walk away. She latched onto his arm, pulling him onto her,
âA honorable man like you shouldnât leave a Lady just like that, perhaps I can accompany you,â She offered and he raised an eyebrow in response; she was planning something, he could see it in her eyes. Well, he had been working tirelessly just days prior, he could at least have some fun with her. If worst comes to worst, he could simply just take her with him at the end. He sighed, deep in thought at the consequences that could follow as she remained impatient, her eyes darting out the door in case any of the maids or guards would appear.Â
âQuit thinking so much, youâre here for the jewels arenât you?â She hissed,Â
âListen, Iâm trying to work out some things in the hopes that you wonât betray me,â He seethed, pushing her hand off his shoulder as he marched out the door. With her trailing behind, he sometimes peered over his shoulder to make sure she wouldnât do anything outrageous, especially in such a small space of a hallway. The steps to the cellar downstairs were spotted at the end of the hallway and he made haste, before she had stepped in front of him, blocking his path.
âLady, I suggest you move to the side, we can make it all quicker. Besides youâre the one that offered-â
âI didnât offer anything, you fool, I asked if you were here for the jewels, that was all. Now, Iâll give you a deal-â
âI donât have time for deals,â Robin replied, looking around to make sure the coast was still clear. He turned back to face her, clearly agitated,
âWell, then your companion waiting outside my manorâs walls will have to remain single then. I know why youâve come here, you canât fool me.â
âI think everyone at this point knows why I come to someoneâs house or property, itâs for their jewels.â
âHaha! Youâre lying right through your teeth, I know why youâre here. Youâre here for me,â She huffed, crossing her arms with a proud smile on her face. Robin, on the other hand, had completely lost her, not understanding a word that flowed out of her mouth.
âIâve... Iâve what?â He questioned, still trying to process what she said.
âOh come now! Donât be so dull, sleeping so openly like that where only I could spot you last night? You... You were trying to get my attention, were you not?â
He blinked, before a grin slowly formed on his lips. She couldnât have been more of an idiot than she was now.
âAw, youâve caught me, Lady,â He cooed, âyou are truly an intelligent being, seeing right through my deceptions.â He had to stifle a laugh as she seemed so proud of herself. He instantly knew he could use this as leverage to get what he wanted and this was perfect. âSurely, you would allow me your secret admirer to... well, take just a few coins to help the poor?â
âPerhaps, but I would like something out of it.â
âYou want your own coins back?â
âNo, you idiot,â She rolled her eyes, âA token of your love if you will, would be most appropriate. You are so desperate after all,â She exclaimed and as much as Robin wanted to protest, he had heard footsteps from across the hallway. He inhaled, sharply, promising to offer her something very precious before grabbing onto her arm and descending into the cellar. Without even his asking, she had gone out of the way to show him the secret corridor in which her familyâs fortune was placed. He had held out a bag to her and she had started openly stuffing the bag with whatever she could grab onto. It was quite strange, the whole sight of it.
âLady (Y/N), your work is exceptional,â A voice called out from behind and Robin groaned, turning around to face her father whose hands were clasped behind his back. The archer scanned the room for any more individuals, deciding whether this would be an easy fight or not. Without any warning, a knife had come across his throat and he peered slightly to see (Y/N) with a smirk on her face,
âItâs a shame, love,â He cried out, âI really thought we had something there.â
âFather, take the bag with you and go upstairs, I can finish him.â She instructed and as her father forcefully grabbed the bag from her hands, Robin managed to find a way to break free from her grasp, knock the knife out of her hands and launch it onto her fatherâs head. The sound of metal crushing bone echoed into the room and when Robin had turned back to face his traitor, he realized his arrows were missing.
âYou looking for this, Locksley?â She called out, standing a few feet away from him.
âGive it back, and there shall no longer be any more deaths. Iâm warning you right now.â
âI asked for a token of your love, perhaps you could give me at least one of your arrows to keep?â
âYour father has just died, you show no remorse at all whatsoever and then you have the audacity of acting in such a manner? Are you insane?â Robin questioned, his brows furrowed together as he stepped closer to her.
âYouâre here for the jewels, Iâm here for you,â She responded and Robin, once again, was at a loss for words.
âWhat is your obsession with me? I donât think I could ever trust someone who almost got me killed and once again, I will emphasize this, you show no remorse for your dead father!â
âI know a way out of here,â She began, completely ignoring his comments as she pointed to a pathway. It would lead right to Little John, as he was still waiting outside, growing more anxious as time passed on. As she tossed him all but one of his arrows, Robin forcefully grabbed her arm,
âWhat are you hiding from me? Was this your plan all along? Using me as bait to get rid of your father?â He whispered,
âLocksley, there are many things that wouldnât make sense even if I told you. You have your own secrets, and I have my own. Do not think I am on your side, I am simply doing what I must do for my own happiness. Now come, grab your bag, add a few more of the jewels and then follow me-â
âHow can I trust you?â Robin asked, making way to stuff more items into the flimsy fabric, he turned over to face her, kneeling onto the ground. When she remained silent, he laughed to himself and stood up,
âEvery man for himself, then I suppose.â
âI suppose so.â
âLittle John wouldnât be very fond of the idea of bringing you along.â
âB-But wouldnât you like that?â She asked, almost begging him to take her along with him.Â
He thought about it, thought about it very deeply. If he had shown up with the woman to his partner, there would be many questions. Based on her stupidity at certain moments, it would be hard to even convince John that she was worth it. But he also knew what it felt like to be stuck in one position and have no means of ever gaining hope. He sighed, meeting her eyes once again,
âYou shall stay here until I come back,â He ordered and she gasped out loud,
âWhat!?! I go out of my way to show you to the cellar and kill my father and this is your idea of repaying me? How cruel of a man could you be? You arrogant scum! I shall call the guards at once and-â He clasped onto her mouth, silencing her as his other hand held onto the back of her neck,
âI know you are speaking out of anger, because I also know you wouldnât dare expose me to the guards. Youâre seeking for a new life, I understand that. However, I cannot trust you at the moment as much as I want to. Donât get me wrong, your services to me as of today are plentiful, but it isnât enough for me to fully trust you. You have my respect however.â He explained and she glowered at him,
âYour respect means nothing to me,â She mumbled under the palm of his hand. He let go of her, stepping back as he briefly looked onto the single arrow in her hand,
âKeep that safe with you, I shall return one day for it.â
âWhat if youâre lying?â She asked, âWhat if you never come back?â
Before he could even form a proper answer to her questions, he had heard the sound of the guards above, their steps growing louder and louder. He had to make haste, he needed to return back and distribute the wealth.Â
âThen you shall keep the arrow as a token of my love,â He replied, softly before running down the pathway and climbing up the bricks into the fresh open air. Lady (Y/N) stood there, the arrow still tightly wound in her hand as she faced the guards. She would have to place the blame on him, anyway, for her own safety. If he had not returned within a monthâs time, she would personally see to it that his body be hung along the multiple prisoners in the town square. Yes, that would do.Â
âYou surely took your time,â John grumbled as he and Robin both rode off. The latter remained silent, not wishing to speak further about what had happened in the manor. It was the last thing that he had expected and it pained him more than he wouldâve liked to admit. He would have to go back. One day. But he didnât know when...
The arrow had been confiscated by the guards that day and Lady (Y/N) had forced herself to remain hopeful. However, as the days passed on, they turned into weeks. And weeks turned into months. By the end, she had lost all hope but she couldnât bring herself to enact revenge on him because no matter what she did, she was still going to end up all alone, stuck in the same grey manor.Â
One fortunate day, she had gone into the market to collect some bread as her pantry had been emptied by the guards one night. As she was passing an alley with her basket of bread, she noticed an arrow attach itself right next to her, startling her slightly until her eyes fixated on a small green handkerchief. A token of love and gratitude, she assumed and she looked up to see the source of the arrow.
âWell, love, whereâs the arrow?â Robin asked, jokingly, climbing down from the heap of carts before finally landing right in front of her.
âThey took it away,â She whispered, a surge of anger rising in her as she wanted to smack his soul right out but upon seeing him, all she could do was hug him tightly, unsure of her feelings towards him. His hands softly trailed down her hair, before he leaned into her hair,
âThough I havenât fully fulfilled my promise to you, it shall be known that I have come back for you. I could never leave you, no matter how many horrid things people have said about you and your abhorrent manners,â She pulled back, lightly smacking his arm as he laughed in response. He brushed a strand of hair from her face, before continuing, âbut now that youâre here, I suppose you would very much like something fun to do. So, tell me love, when shall we retrieve my arrow from those nasty guards?â

Thank you for answering my ask. I really love how you write smut scenes so I was wondering if you could do something that included smut? Maybe where Taron and y/n haven't seen each other in years and something sparks between them when they first see each other. Maybe it's at a welcome home party for Taron who has been traveling for work for the last however long and someone invites y/n to the gathering.
A/N: Hey anon! Thank you so much for sending one! I do love a good bit of smut but donât write it too often because it sometimes makes me feel really out of touch with life. When the photos of Taron at his friendâs wedding first popped up, inspiration struck and led to this piece. A very smutty day indeed.
Word Count: 5.8k
Warnings: Alcohol consumption, explicit language, oral sex (f receiving), smut, sex in public,
Also: Sian is pronounced âsharnâ. Trust me, itâs part of my first name and Iâve been using it for almost 24 years lmaoÂ
The Welsh countryside had been blessed with the warm rays from the sun which sat high in the sky, only a couple of clouds dotted around breaking up the crisp blue sky above. The line of the horizon was beautiful, the delicate blue of the sky met the bright, deep green of the fields and trees that surrounded the venue.
You had hung your light shawl over the back of your chair to try and remove as much from your body as you could, the heat already getting to you. It didnât help much though. It was almost unbearably warm. Not that you were complaining. Sian and Elwyn deserved the best of the best for their wedding day and there were plenty of places to cool down under the teepees that were set up for the reception later that afternoon.Â
All you had to do was get through the ceremony and then you could escape to somewhere cooler and get started on the drinking. There were still fifteen minutes before the ceremony was due to start so you grabbed your phone from your clutch to check your social media accounts, liking a couple of photos and posting one of yourself from before you left the hotel. Youâd balanced the phone on the large windowsill and had set a timer, getting yourself into place and smiling sweetly as the camera clicked.Â
You put your phone back in your clutch, not wanting to ruin any photos that were being taken by the photographer. There was something about phones in wedding pictures that you just didnât like, and you werenât going to be the person to ruin the photos that your friends would look back on for years to come and remember the day they swore their lives to one another.Â
âWell Iâll be damned,â a voice came from next to you.Â
Your breath hitched in your throat. You didnât even need to turn to see who was speaking to you because you recognised him by voice alone. The only difference to his voice was the slightly stronger Welsh twang that he had, surely from being back home for a little while longer. He always got more Welsh when he was home, falling into old habits.
âIf it isnât Y/N,â he added, sitting down next to you as you turned to look at him.Â
A large smile broke on your face and you threw your arms around his neck to hug him, inhaling deeply and allowing your eyes to fall closed. He was wearing the cologne that you loved him wearing. The one you had first bought him years prior for Christmas. It was a deep woody scent with a hint of vanilla and a slight undertone of tobacco. A Tom Ford scent that had set you back a pretty penny.Â
âTaron,â you whispered, slowly pulling away from the hug and taking in his appearance.Â
He had gelled his hair back, not a single hair out of place as he moved around. Unlike the other men at the wedding, he had opted for a monochromatic suit with a simple white shirt. The first couple of buttons were unfastened, his chest on show. The suit jacket was pinstriped and it fit him absolutely perfectly.Â
âHowâve you been, stranger?â You asked, tilting your body around to sit with. His thigh pressed against yours and ignited something inside you that you hadnât felt for a long while.Â
âIâve been good, thanks,â he said, smiling at you. âLots of projects last year, a couple in the works this year too.âÂ
âYouâre still a busy body then?âÂ
âOh absolutely.â He chuckled, waving at someone who was getting situated in their seat not too far away from you both. âHow about you? The last I heard you were opening your own coffee shop in Brighton?âÂ
You expelled air slowly between your lips, shaking your head. âYeah, that didnât work out,â you confessed. âI now work for a marketing company in London. I guess I still ended up in the place I swore Iâd never be.âÂ
Taron took a deep breath and gave you a sympathetic smile. Youâd told him numerous times that you didnât want to live in London. You were dead set against it, to be honest. It was the reason things with Taron stopped when they did. If it werenât for your desire to stay away from London, youâd probably be at the wedding with Taron as your plus one.Â
âI didnât mean-âÂ
âI know,â he whispers, giving you a small wink to tell you that it was okay.Â
The sun continued to shine down on you as the bridal party made their way down the aisle, standing in their respectful places. Taron absentmindedly rested his hand on his thigh, his pinky finger drawing gentle circles on your clothed thigh, sending shivers down your spine. You grabbed your shawl before Sian walked down the aisle, draping it over your shoulders as a way of guarding your skin from the sun and hiding the very visible goosebumps that were rising on your skin.Â
You stood up before Taron when Sianâs walking down the aisle song came on, and you could feel his hand settle on the lower part of your back when he was up. Your emotions were all over the place. You hadnât seen him for over two years and all of a sudden you were seeing one another for the first time at a mutual friendâs wedding and he had his hand on you and his finger on your thigh as you sat together.Â
When the ceremony was over, you stood and clapped for your friends, throwing the confetti that you had over them with everyone else, smiling like the Cheshire cat. Taron suggested you both grab a drink while the happy couple had photos taken with their families and you agreed, following him to the small bar and ordering yourself a glass of champagne.Â
âThat was such a lovely ceremony,â you commented, taking a sip of the cool liquid and already feeling a little more free. âTheyâre so in love.âÂ
âIt was lovely, I agree. Itâs taken them long enough to get married though.âÂ
You both chuckled as you headed to the area where games had been set up for guests to enjoy, opting to play four in a row. There were two bags of coins, a red bag and a black bag. You handed the red one to Taron and took the black for yourself, taking the first turn yourself when Taron motioned for you to.Â
The game went quickly, with you winning when Taron put his coin in the wrong spot, hands flying to his head in shame. You did a little happy dance, getting all excited when Sian walked over to you when a Queen song started to play.Â
The two of you started to dance together, one of your other friends taking their phone out and filming the two of you, panning the camera around to Taron who was holding two glasses of champagne, one for himself and one for you.Â
Sian turned to the photographer and beckoned her over, insisting that she take a photo of her with you and Taron. Not wanting to be a party pooper, you stood to her left, Taron stepping to her right and both of you wrapping your arm around her back. You smiled widely, staring into the lens of the camera waiting for the click. Taronâs thumb brushed against the back of your hand and you took an uneasy breath, trying to keep your composure.Â
Your skin ignited where he touched it, a thousand tiny fires burning from the inside out. When the photographer walked away, you hugged Sian tightly, congratulating her with a genuine smile and asking how she was feeling.Â
âWeirdly like my entire life has just slotted into place,â she gleamed. âItâs like I was supposed to be a wife, you know?â
You nodded. âI donât know if thatâs on the cards for me anymore,â you muttered, mainly to yourself.Â
âWhat do you mean?â Sian asked, curiosity taking over. âYouâre still so young. Thereâs plenty of time for you to find someone.âÂ
âBut what if Iâve already found that person? And messed it all up. What then?âÂ
Sian followed your gaze to Taron who stood posing for a photo, two glasses of champagne in his hands. He had unfastened an extra button since the ceremony but had yet to take off his suit jacket. You watched him intently, too many thoughts spinning freely in your mind.Â
âI donât think you messed it all up,â Sian replied after a little while, taking your arm in hers and pulling you into her side. The jewels on her dress scratched your arm but it didnât hurt. If anything it grounded you. Something that you desperately needed. âWhat makes you think you messed it all up?âÂ
âI donât think your wedding is the place to be talking about this.âÂ
âNo, come on. Iâm the bride and I say I want to talk about this. So you have to indulge me.âÂ
âI told him I felt suffocated in London,â you breathed. You remembered the day as if it was only yesterday.Â
Taron had just gotten back from a training session at the gym. He needed to bulk up before his next shoot so had spent nearly every evening in the gym working one part of his body or the other. You werenât mad, he always looked so fuckable when he got back. Which is why you had packed your bag when he wasnât there.Â
You didnât want to be in the flat when he got back. Instead of leaving while he was there, you started to write a note explaining why you were leaving. But he caught you before you could finish.Â
He stood near the kitchen entrance and looked you up and down, his eyes falling sad when he saw the bag on the sofa. âY/N? What are you doing?âÂ
âWhat I should have done a long time ago,â you admitted firmly, putting the pen down and looking at him.Â
Just as you had thought, he looked so good for someone who had just spent an hour and a half working out. His arms were strong and tensed as he rested his hands on his hips. His hair was slicked back underneath a baseball cap and the bottom half of his face was covered in a short stubble.Â
âI donât belong in London,â you forced yourself to say. âIâve never belonged here. I only stayed because of you. Iâve wanted to get out for so long.âÂ
âYou only stayed because of me?â He asked. He was hurt. You could tell with the crease of his eyebrows. âYou only stayed in London because of me? Way to make me feel bad.âÂ
âTaron, I told you when we first started this,â you motioned between the two of you with your finger, âthat I wasnât staying in London. I donât like being here. It is suffocating. If Iâm not in this flat Iâm in a tiny studio flat with nothing to do. I need to go. I need to be free.âÂ
âSo I make you feel trapped?â He asked.Â
He took a step towards you. You took a step back.Â
âY/NâŠâ
âTaron. What am I to you?âÂ
His brows creased more. âWhat? What do you mean?âÂ
âWhat am I to you? You asked again, this time a little further. You wanted to hear something specific, something that would stop you from taking your bag and leaving the flat, leaving London, potentially leaving the country. âI want you to be brutally honest. What am I?âÂ
He stumbled over his words, physically unable to tell you what you were to him. You pulled your bottom lip into your mouth and nodded through a sad smile. A tear fell down your cheek and you swatted it away quickly, not wanting to cry in front of him.Â
âThatâs why Iâm leaving,â you said finally. âI canât keep putting myself on the line for someone who canât even tell me what I am to them. You couldnât even say that Iâm a friend. Do you have any idea how shit that makes me feel, Taron?âÂ
He nodded. He did know. Because it made him feel just as shitty.Â
âThe one person who has been there for me since I moved to this shitty city canât even call me the thing he claimed to be all of two days ago? The one person who is the reason I moved here canât even tell me that Iâm a friend. I bet you didnât know that Iâm falling in love with you, did you?âÂ
Taron looked at you through wide eyes, mouth ajar as he watched you lift the note youâd started to write from the counter, ripping it into pieces and dropping it into the bin.
It had been your idea to begin with. To sleep together simple to relieve your desire to have sex. He agreed, under the pretence that you were going to remain friends. No feelings were going to be involved. You were just friends who slept together when you needed some relief.Â
Youâd managed to keep the feelings away. For a while. Youâd gone a year of just sleeping together. No feelings involved. But then one of your work colleagues caught you smiling at one of his texts and you knew you were fucking. And not by him.Â
âYou said-âÂ
âI know. I agreed to no feelings. And I meant it. Iâm a shit girlfriend. Iâm jealous and Iâm selfish. And I fuck everything up. I never wanted our friendship to be in the line of fire. I realised the other week that it wasnât just sex for me anymore. It was so much more. Thatâs why I have to leave. I canât stay here falling in love with someone who doesnât view me as anything other than a sex doll.âÂ
âYouâre falling in love with me?â
âNow isnât the time to have a heart to heart, Taron. Iâm leaving. Iâm doing you the favour and taking myself out of your life. I donât belong in London. I wonât end up in London.âÂ
You walked to the sofa and grabbed your back, shaking Taron off when he tried to grab your arm to stop you. All you wanted to do was fall into his arms but you couldnât. He didnât love you the way that you loved him. Putting the spare key he had given you on the table next to the door, you took one last look at Taron before closing the door and walking to the lift.Â
Youâd lost the one person you wanted to run to.Â
âAnd I told him that I was in love with him.âÂ
Sian whipped you around to look at you, her hands on your arms to steady you both. âYou told him what?âÂ
âDid you know that we were friends with benefits?â You asked. When Sian shook her head you carried on. âWe vowed that there wouldnât be feelings involved. And I shouldnât have suggested it. Because I think I was already falling in love with him when we started. But I shoved it all down and we used each other for sex.âÂ
âI canât believe what Iâm hearing.â Sian looked between you and Taron. âWhen he came here two years ago because he was really upsetâŠâÂ
âI told him that I was suffocating and that I was going to remove myself from his life,â you continued for her, looking at him with sad eyes. âAt the time I meant it. I was really suffocating but it wasnât London, and it wasnât him. It was me. I was suffocating myself. Pushing feelings as strong as I had down for so long was the worst thing I could have done. So I left. And I messed everything up.âÂ
Sian shook her head, âI donât think you did. I think you did what you needed to at the time.âÂ
âDo you know heâs wearing the cologne I got him for Christmas four years ago? It still smells just as good as it once did.âÂ
âItâs all he ever wears. Iâve not seen him wearing anything else since you left. I think heâs been hanging on to any hope that youâd come back and that things-â
âThey canât go back to how they once were.âÂ
âIâm not saying that they have to. Iâm just saying that heâs been pining for you.âÂ
You chuckled softly. âI think I have him too. Not that heâs going to care. Or know. I canât tell him.âÂ
âWhy canât you?âÂ
You sighed and looked at her seriously. âBecause isnât he seeing someone new? Itâs all anybody can talk about.âÂ
He was everywhere and nowhere all at once. Too close but too far.Â
âThey worked together,â she chuckled. âShe was called Honour and she has the same type as Taron.â
You looked at her in confusion. âWomen.âÂ
Laughing, you shook your head. âSian, what do I do?âÂ
Taron was walking back over to you then, the two glasses of champagne in hand and a smile on his face. He passed you one of the glasses and smiled at Sian.Â
âCongratulations, Sian. You look absolutely beautiful. Elwyn is one lucky man.âÂ
âThank you, Taron. Y/N, I think you know what you need to do,â she smirked, walking away and heading to her new husband who was waiting for her with open arms.Â
âWhat do you need to do?â Taron asked, tipping the glass up so that the golden liquid could slip down his throat.Â
âOh, nothing,â you said, tipping your own drink back. âCome on, dinner will be getting served too.âÂ
******
After dinner, the bridal party all made their speeches. You laughed, you cried, your heart broke and you were given hope. Sian and Elwyn looked absolutely perfect together as they sat at the head table, listening to their nearest and dearest talk about them and their relationship.Â
Taron and you were on the same table, sitting so close to one another that you could feel the heat of his body against yours. His breath fanned against your shoulder when he leaned forward to pick his phone up from the floor when it fell off the table, and you had to close your eyes to stop yourself from doing anything that you would regret.Â
âThe bride and groom are now going to share their first dance,â the DJ spoke, all of the guests clapping and cheering as Elwyn guided Sian to the dancefloor, spinning her into his arms and moving with her to the music.Â
Taron turned to you with a smile, but you didnât look at him. You were too taken by your two friends, their smiles lighting up the entire room and their hearts so visibly full as they enjoyed a few minutes to take everything in.Â
The lyrics of Unchained Melody ran through your entire body, igniting something deep within you that you didnât know you felt anymore.Â
âThe bride and groom would like any couples to join them on the dance floor for the final verse of the song to share in their special moment.âÂ
Taron didnât think twice before he grabbed your hand and guided you to the dance floor, wrapping one arm around your waist and grabbing your other to hold at shoulder height. You couldnât look at him for a second, but when you did, everything slowed down around you.Â
Woah, my love, my darling / Iâve hungered for your touch / A long, lonely time / And time goes by so slowly / And time can do so muchÂ
Your hand was clammy in Taronâs as you stared into his eyes wholly, his tongue running along the bottom of his lip and pulling it into his mouth. The words were so true, but you didnât know how to communicate how you were feeling. Something in you realised that Taron must have understood otherwise he wouldnât have got you to the dance floor to dance with him.
Are you still mine? / I need your love / I need your love / Godspeed your love to me
You just about managed to catch him looking from your eyes to your lips and back up again, and you instinctively copied his action, wetting your lips slowly. The sound of your heartbeat drowned out the sound of people chattering, the loud thumping stopping you from focussing on anything but Taron and it.Â
The song ended and people made their way back to their seats, but you stayed where you were, dancing to the next song that came on.Â
I found a love, for me / Darling just dive right in / And follow my leadÂ
The hand that once rested upon your waist moved to rest at your jaw, pulling you in so close that you could taste the champagne heâd had on his breath. His nose brushed against yours and upon your better judgement, your eyes fluttered closed, fisting his shirt tighter in your hand. He ghosted his lips over yours and took a shaky breath, rubbing the top of your cheek with the pad of his thumb.Â
When I saw you in that dress, looking so beautiful / I donât deserve this, darling, you look perfect tonightÂ
When he finally pressed his lips against yours, you relaxed into his touch, pressing your head against his hand to feel him closer. It took a couple of seconds for your eyes to open when he pulled away, his forehead resting against yours as he looked at you.Â
âTaron-âÂ
âI know. I know,â he whispered, taking your hand and pulling you outside into the cooler evening air. âWhen you left, you didnât let me-â
âT-â
âLet me say this, please,â he begged.Â
He grabbed both of your hands and held them tightly, taking a deep breath and looking directly at you. Your nerves bubbled in the pit of your tummy as you watched him, breaths heavy.Â
âWhen you left, you asked me what you were to me. I couldnât physically get the words out. You were there, telling me that you were suffocating, and then you asked me what you were to me. I knew that if I told you that I was falling in love with you, that you would feel even more suffocated. I was losing you and I didnât want you to feel obligated to stay if you knew how I felt. So I couldnât tell you. I couldnât tell you that I bought an extra hoodie because I knew you liked to steal mine and I wanted you to have one just for you. I couldnât tell you that I was excited to get home from work and see you in my flat cooking. I couldnât tell you that I admired your body and the curve of your bum against my hand. I couldnât tell you that you were the best thing that happened to me.âÂ
The wedding still went on loudly behind you, but you could only hear Taron. He was staring at you directly as he spoke, but his eyes kept flicking away from you, nerves taking over.Â
âI loved you. I still do, I think. In fact, no, I know that I still love you. You were the best thing that ever happened to me and losing you was the worst thing thatâs ever happened to me.âÂ
You stood completely still, breathing jagged and unable to say anything. Everything you wanted to hear two years prior was being said and you couldnât move. For two years youâd thought that youâd done Taron a favour by leaving. That by putting your feelings last, you could save you both the heartbreak. For two years you grieved the loss of the person you loved more than anything, not knowing that he felt the same.Â
âY/N? Y/N please say something. If Iâve just fucked everything up then I am so sorry. I know you didnât come here today to hear me go on and on about how I-âÂ
You crashed your lips with his, holding his face in place as you stood on your tiptoes. He grabbed your waist and pulled you into his front. You gasped, giving him the perfect opportunity to slip his tongue into your mouth, swiping it against yours over and over. His hands held you in place, slowly reaching down to hold your bum. Instinctively, you jumped up and wrapped your legs around his waist, letting him walk you blindly to a spot less visible to everyone in the tent behind you.Â
âI love you,â he whispered against your lips.Â
âI love you too,â you smiled against his. âYou have no idea how long Iâve wanted to say that.âÂ
******
ââVe missed you so much,â Taron whimpered into your mouth, his hips jerking forward messily as your head tugged his cock slowly and softly. âJesus fuck, that feels so good.âÂ
âI didnât expect this when I got the invitation,â you told him honestly. âI donât even know what this is.â
He moaned, a shudder dancing down his spine as his breathing picked up. Your hand wrapped around him perfectly, stroking his length as though youâd never stopped. Heâd craved your touch for so long that now he had it, he was worried he wouldnât ever want to stop.Â
âThis,â he stuttered, âis two idiots who couldnât tell one another how they felt at a pivotal moment finally confessing everythingâŠat their friendsâ wedding.âÂ
âFuck weâre at Sian and Elwynâs wedding.â You had only just realised that you were at a wedding, with over one hundred people in a teepee mere metres away from where you were with your hand wrapped around Taronâs dick and pulling out the sweetest moans that youâd missed from the pit of his tummy.Â
His hands roamed every part of your body that they physically could; your hips, the swell of your bum, your sides, your boobs, your neck, your thighs. A trail of goosebumps following the gentle trace of his fingers.Â
âIâve missed you too, though,â you added, pressing your lips to his in a passionate kiss.Â
He tensed when you quickened your pace wanting to feel him come undone. Your skin ignited when he dropped his head to your shoulder and sucked a delicate kiss to your exposed collarbone. His hand grabbed your wrist when he was getting close, halting your movements and kissing your neck again to muffle the moan that reverberated throughout his entire body.Â
âCan IâŠcan I taste you, please? Just one taste?âÂ
Bringing his face up to kiss him needily, you nodded, moaning as he dropped to his knees, not caring if they got stained from the bark floor. His hands found purchase on the sides of your knees and you shuddered at the sight when you peered down to see him looking up at you through his eyelashes.Â
Almost as if you were a china doll that he was scared to break, he lifted your dress softly, gliding his hands up the length of your legs and chuckling knowingly when a sheen of goosebumps popped up all over your thighs.Â
He pressed a soft kiss to your thigh before he hooked his fingers into the sides of your white lace underwear, pulling them down your legs torturously slowly, the cool evening air dancing against your exposed heat. You jerked forward, needing to feel him, and he looked up at you
âNow look whoâs impatient,â he smirked up at you, helping you step out of the underwear and popping it into the pocket of his shirt. âYouâve no idea how long Iâve waited to taste you again.âÂ
He rested his nose against the bottom of your tummy, tapping your left leg, silently instructing you to lift it over his shoulder. From your new position he had perfect access to your core. He licked his lips when he saw how wet you were, and he slipped his finger into your folds, drifting to your entrance where your arousal pooled. With a sigh of content, he pulled your wetness to your clit, circling it slowly a couple of times and resting his hand on your tummy to stop you from moving forward at the touch.Â
With your back against a tree, it was hard to get comfortable, but as soon as Taron pressed the most delicate of kisses to your folds, you didnât care. Your hips jerked forward and his nose nudged your clit, the sensation causing a tingling feeling in your lower belly. A feeling you hadnât felt in a long time.Â
You tried to grip onto his hair but the gel that slicked it back made it impossible. There was nothing to grip onto, nothing to muffle the moans that you couldnât hold in.Â
When he licked from your entrance to your clit, his own moan vibrating through your, you balled your hand into a fist and tried to use it to muffle your sounds. Taron continued to devour your centre. He lapped at your arousal like he hadnât drank in weeks. He was insatiable, focusing on one thing for no more than ten seconds at a time, needing to get as much of you as he could.Â
As he created a rhythm, he glided a hand up your front until he could grab your wrist, teasing your hand down for him to grip onto. You laced your fingers together, resting your hands at the middle of your abdomen, looking down at him and letting out another long, drawn out moan.Â
His eyes were partially closed, the feeling of giving you pleasure pleasuring him also. Your neck flexed when he pulled your clit into his mouth, sliding a finger into you and curving it up slightly. Even after two years, he knew exactly where to reach and he moaned into you when you jerked your hips forward. It was hard to hold your composure, and your leg was hurting from holding you up.Â
He added a second finger to the mix, bringing you excruciatingly close to orgasm. But right as your hand reached to grip his hair, the same way it did when you would sleep together regularly, he pulled away with a pop and helped you lower your leg to the ground, your dress falling to your knees once more.
You whimpered against him but he simply pressed a kiss to your lips. You could taste yourself on him and you wrapped your arms around his neck to pull him closer to you.Â
âWanna feel you coming undone around me.âÂ
âTaron,â you moaned softly, holding him in place as he held your bum and squeezed it not so subtly. âWanna feel you. Wanna feel you so fucking bad. Iâve missed you.âÂ
He smiled against your mouth, sliding his hands down to your thighs so that he could pick you up. Your legs wrapped around his waist as he pressed you further against the tree, the bark scratching your back but somehow still feeling good against your skin.Â
âDonât have a condom,â he muttered.Â
âDoesnât matter. Iâm on the pill and worst case I can go to a chemist tomorrow.â
Dropping his head into your shoulder, he gripped the base of his now throbbing cock with one hand and pressed it to your entrance, gathering some of your arousal before pressing into you. You moaned in unison, the feeling of being so beautifully stretched overwhelming. It had been a long while since you were stretched like that and Taron gave you a few moments to relax before he started to move.Â
His hips found a rhythm quickly, the rhythm he knew would have you coming undone within minutes. You mewled against him, panting against his lips when he moved to kiss you.Â
âForgot how perfect you feel wrapped around me like that. Missed you so fucking much.âÂ
âFeels so good. Gonna cum if you donât stop.âÂ
âI donât plan on stopping any time soon,â he chuckled, continuing to thrust up into you.Â
Your hands moved from his neck to his shoulders and down to his waist before making their way back up to his neck. You came undone before you could even comprehend what was happening, your legs tensing around his waist and your hands balling fists of his shirt tightly. A moan from the pit of your belly and the flutter of your walls against his cock had Taronâs head spinning, his own orgasm following suit.Â
âJesus Christ that wasâŠâÂ
âIntense?â You finished for him, kissing his lips. âBut the best kind of intense.âÂ
âIâm sorry I never told you how I felt that day.âÂ
âIs it bad Iâm not? Had you have told me, who knows what would have happened. But look at us now.â
âI wonder if Sian will know what weâve just got up to.âÂ
âI think she will,â you laughed, dropping your legs from his waist and shakily grabbing your pants from his pocket, lifting them over your legs and pulling them on while Taron situated himself in his trousers. âI havenât had sex like that in a long time.âÂ
Taronâs eyebrows lifted, smirk playing at his lips. âOh yeah? Sex like what?âÂ
You swatted his chest, your lips failing you and smiling. âSex somewhere that I could get caught at any moment. But also sex that makes me feel like my entire body is on fire. Only you have made me feel like that.âÂ
âOi, you two.âÂ
The voice came from the clearing just behind you, and you peered around the tree to see Sian standing with her hands on her hips and eyebrows raised. A heat made its way to your cheeks and Taron chuckled.Â
âYes, Sian?â He asked innocently.
âIâm very happy that youâve made up and just given each other what I am assuming to be a mindblowing orgasm, but weâre about to cut the cake and it would be nice to have everyone there. Think you can keep it in your pants for another hour?âÂ
âWeâll be right there.âÂ
Sian walked back into the teepees with a loud laugh and Taron took your hand in his, guiding you out of the woodland and towards the table where youâd eaten your food. You started to shiver when you were in the open again, so he draped his jacket over your shoulders and pulled you into his side, situating you on your seat before he sat down himself, smirking to Sian who shook her head playfully at the two of you.Â
âSheâs never going to let us live this downâ he whispered into your ear before pressing a kiss to your cheek. âEver.âÂ
Warning: None, it's just cute. Swearing...I'm Canadian, it's gonna be in there
Summary: Taron takes the reader on her dream date. It's messy, but who could resist his sweet, clumsy awkwardness. It's the effort that counts, after all.
Author's Note: I had a disastrous first date with my (now) boyfriend, but his effort to improve things throughout the evening made me fall entirely in love with him. This is inspired by that evening. Enjoy <3
Taron had just returned from a morning shoot. The new movie was an action-packed story, so he returned to his rental exhausted with a body full of bruises. He was more torn down this afternoon because of the early morning jump-start, so into his bed, he jumped.
The sunlight sneaking past the hem of the curtains was almost gone; Taron was still in sleep heaven, dreaming of nothing he would remember when he woke.
His phone on his bedside table lit up, the notification sound melting into a soft clang in his dream sequence. The time read 5:28pm, and the notification below was from Y/N.
'Hey Taron, just got home from work. I might run a little late. Can we move the date to 6:30 instead of 6? I'm so sorry for the last-minute text.'
Taron stirred in bed. The sheets now comfortably lie on his chest. His eyes are too heavy to open wide, but that dreamland has been abandoned. After a few seconds of silence, a stretch or two, and a huff of contentment and relaxation, he opened his eyes to look around.
Noticing the darkness outside and the time on the hotel clock he jumped out of bed, picked up his phone and blurted out that four-letter Anglo-Saxton word in a repetitious trail.
"FUCK! Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!"
He darted for the shower leaving the phone on the bed with 5 notifications.
'All ready. Let me know when you're on the way' 6:24pm
'Is everything okay? Are you getting my messages?' 6:42pm
'Are we still on for today?' 7:32pm
'It's okay if you need to cancel, but can you, at the very least, communicate' 7:38pm
'I guess it's cancelled. I'll talk to you when I talk to you.' 8:00pm
The last text appeared while he was already in the shower. That's 2 hours later than he was supposed to go on the date. This was a mess, and he still needed to start the date.
He finished his military shower in 3 minutes and started throwing on the clothes he neatly hung beside the dresser labelled 'Date Night.' Dressing as quickly as possible he picked up his phone and called her while squeezing the device between his shoulder and his jaw so he could pull up his pants. The phone rang until it transferred to voicemail.
Once again that cuss left his mouth, âfuckâ.
As fast as the traffic would let him, he drive through every single kilometre with great anxiety. First dates are nerve racking to begin with. Being two and a half hours late without any communication is as bad as it can get.
On the way, as he stood waiting for a red signal, he spotted some potted flowers outside a hardware store. Her voice flooded his mind, remembering their conversations on bouquet gifting.
âDonât get me wrong, I love flowers. But why kill it? Where did this tradition begin? Who looked at flowers and thought âHey! Flowers! Imma murder them, stuff ââem in plastic and hand a collection of dying flowers to the first lady I find.â Gimme flowers, but let them live you know.â
He took a sharp right and into the store, picking up the best 6 inch Hibiscus Braid they were selling. He careful placed it into his car securing it with the seatbelt. Itâs been a disaster date so far, he couldnât afford another mishap.
Responsibly speeding on the road, Taron finally made it to her house. He parked in her parentâs driveway and rushed to the front of her door. He rang the doorbell and waited there, expecting the worst. Her father opened the door.
âOh I thought you cancelled your dateâ dad asked, now sceptical of the boy he was once impressed by.
âIâm very sorry sir, I know I shouldâve called and told her I was running embarrassingly late. Iâm very sorry for showing up late. I know I have no right to call on her. I just want to see her and explain and then Iâll leave. I promiseâ he rambled.
Y/N, overhearing their interaction came down the stairs and towards the door where her father was standing.
âItâs okay da, let me talk to him.â
Her hair and makeup was still done but she opted for a comfortable sweats, a tee and an unzipped hoodie. She wasnât angry, just disappointed. He still thought she looked absolutely beautiful.
His heart was racing to look at her. What could he possibly say to make things right? She waited for him to start talking, a soft look resting on her face. Somehow it made things worse for him.
"I'm so incredibly sorry--"
"Stop apologizing," she interrupted. "You said you wanted to explain..." she started, prompting him to continue.
"I made this perfect plan for our date, and I still do if you want to go on this date with me." He began rambling again but changed courses when her body language shifted. "I was sent home early today because it was already an extremely physical day and insurance and all that. I had already picked the outfit and made the reservations and all the plans, so I decided I'd take a nap until my alarm went off. Except I didn't wake up with the alarm and raced over as fast as possible. On the way...Oh, wait" He stopped himself, ran to his van, and pulled out the plant he had purchased for her. He presented it to her as sweetly as he could. "I remember you saying you don't like murdered flowers, so I got you a potted one instead."
Between his nervous ramble and the potted plant, she was starting to forgive him, not that she would let him know.
"Look, I know my lack of communication was childish and rude, and you are under no obligation to forgive me, but you should know that I really like you and want to get to know you better. I know you've had a tough week, and I just wanted you to have one fantastic evening. I have been thinking of you for days ever since we talked that entire night. I love talking to you, and today I just hoped to keep talking to you...forever. I know you said to stop apologizing, but I am sorry."
She hadn't said anything; she kept her eyes on the plant he had gifted her while he rambled away.
"I'm sorry again." He mutter as he began leaving. He sat in his van and began driving away. Just as he backed out of her driveway and onto the street, he received a notification.
'If the reservation has been made, we can't not show up, can we?'
His heart skipped a beat as he saw her name. Looking up to see the look on her face, her soft smile while hugging tightly the plant he gifted her warmed his heart.
'Reverse the car and wait a sec. I'll be right down.'
She sent the text and reentered her home with the plant still in hand.
He backed the car and waited inside. He debated whether or not to leave the engine on to heat the car. It was of course the coldest time of the year so he left the heater on.
In less than 20 minutes he noticed the porch door swing open and out she came in a beautiful maroon dress and a (fake) furry cover. He jumped out of his car and ran to open the door for her.
"Aren't we on a tight schedule?" She looked up at him, still staring at her.
He immediately closed the door and ran to the other side of the car to join her inside.
âYou look absolutely beautifulâ he said, holding absolutely still.
To his surprise this made her laugh. âAre you gonna take me on this date or are you gonna keep flirting with me on this driveway until I blush myself to death?â. She let her urge to reach for his hand and gently touch him win.
He smiled again, grabbed her hand and kissed it.
âLetâs get out of hereâ. He said driving away.
Spoke to my boyfriend about our date to write this more from the manâs perspective. Let me know if you want me to do that more often.
I was originally going for only a quick thing but it would have been too long. Iâve already started on Part 2 so the next one shouldnât be too far away.
Let me know if you want me to explore any other ideas (smut welcome lol)
