Two days ago came AE Modular modules I’ve ordered in April. There is great trigger sequencer with drum modules, cool sounding Solina string machine, multi-effect and some other stuff. Here are all the new modules combined with older ones in this AE Modular only track.

It starts with Neutron (0:00), soon Volca Sample joins in with the one mistreated trumpet sample (0:19)
at 1:13 AEM fractured melody track fades in, at 1:33 starts AEM (a)rhythmical mayhem :)

This track is called “AEModular playground” as it was made on AEModular 2Rack system, with the addition of Behringer’s Neutron LFO, Attenuator and Delay, because I run out of them in my AEM. I also used external midi keyboard. So all the sounds are coming from AEM with no overdubs. It never stops to amaze me how versatile and rich in possibilities this modular system is

Another pure AEModular
it’s called Alive and Kick-in as it’s dedicated to my new Kick module (hence the illustration). It comes in around 16th second with a mighty punchy sound and I bloody love it :)
It’s rather simple module, with very few tweak possibilities, nevetheless its very good sounding and gets the job done, but it may be further altered and modified to achieve more interesting results. Here it was Wave-Foldered, Delayed and Wasp-Filtered which resulted in a tasty bass sound You may hear almost throughout the whole track.
Hooray for the Kick!
I’ve received Kick module for my AE Modular (I’ve won this module in Tangible Waves forum competition) so to celebrate I’ve made whole track using AEModular only, with the new module as the driving force.
Shelter for the abused electronics
AEModular (Abused Electronics Modular) by Tangible Waves is such a wonderful modular format. With tiny price but huge sound possibilities.
This whole track is made entirely live on 2rack AEM with no overdubs.
