"Headlong" Neesha (Taneesha)

Former co-director of the Raficon Restoration Collective (the Liberation Army’s nonmilitarized predecessor.) In another life, perceptive and problem-solving Neesha “Headlong” Hogann would have perhaps made a strong-willed leader towards the restoration of Magimount City and civilization of Raficon 7 as a whole.
However, early on with the RRC, there were disagreements circling the organization’s direction in the face of corporate demands; Neesha was one of those who believed that despite their less-than-spotless reputation, ConVex had something to offer the Raficonians and their descendants. Indeed, at first, under Neesha’s direction rebuilding efforts appeared fruitful. It is unknown what further reconstruction developments could have entailed, though, for a change in ConVex’s leadership around the same time the reemergence of Ision wells became known to the public turned cooperation into exploitation and competition.
Neesha, who sought to continue working with ConVex in spite of their increasingly controlling demands, was eventually ostracized when Father Jeven rallied the more radical aspects of the Raficonians to his cause. ConVex, predictably, also turned their back on her, refusing employment in a formally worded telegram. In spite of this, for the last decade she has remained on Raficon as an independent. This is partially since she and her heavy steel-blue heavy bipedal AC RAMHORN have nowhere else to go, but also because she stubbornly holds on to a last glimmer of hope - hope that she may somehow be able to effect her original goal of seeing Raficon reflourished through this line of work.
