I can’t stop thinking about player and if they feel less and less inclined to go back to their present time
Because they’re getting new friends, terrys an active part of their life still, they might have a few father/grandfather figures along the way
Safe to say they might not even think about their previous life, and that may or may not fuck them up in the long run, bc they had a life before all this, they had friends, family, and everything else
But this life they’re in now doesn’t seem so bad either, they have people who count on them and care about them, regardless of what the swords are doing to them
When they are with Terry or Kyoko or Griefer or whoever, they feel at home. Like they're home with their friends who they can banter with, fight with, love and live with.
But when they're out in public, watching the citizens of Bizville or of Turitupolis, and catch the stares of strangers and the whispers of them commenting on their odd clothing, their behaviour, speaking about them like the time-inflicted entity they are, they know: they don't *truly* belong here. No matter how much their friends want them to.
