Talleyrand and Fouché because I'm planning on making a project about them (fanzine, mostly comic but also some small bits of prose) but I don't have the time right now so I'm currently just rotating them in my brain
🛋
In my opinion, the biggest liars who survived the French Revolution and lived beyond that period (including napoleonic era)were:
Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand
Joseph Fouché
Thérésa Cabarrus
Charlotte Robespierre
Félix Le Peletier
Marie-Anne Babeuf
I'm still undecided about whether to add Guffroy to the list. In any case, these figures still mislead us from time to time. One thing is certain: when they chose to lie, they were exceptionally good at it (except on subjects that personally affected Félix Le Peletier, such as the Bourbons or his niece's marriage).
It's therefore no surprise that whenever they found themselves in serious trouble or facing grave danger, they managed to get out of it through clever evasions or their remarkable ability to lie.
Feel free to suggest other names that could be added to the list.
P.S. Of course, this does not automatically mean that these individuals belonged to the same political camp or shared the same ideals (Félix Le Peletier was clearly very different from Talleyrand, just as Thérésa Cabarrus was from Marie-Anne Babeuf, and so on).The one thing these people have in common is that they were extraordinary liars and survivors .

I thought this was going to be how to guide, like give me advice on how to betray my country six times, but it was just a biographical sketch of one of the funniest men to ever live
OFFICE/MODERN AU!!
I finally finished that so here's the deal. The events take place exactly 200 years later and folks here work as economists, other than that everything's (almost) the same. Also everyone who died in battle or executed because of war now alive and well, maybe just fired/quit their job.
Also many of these designs were made with help of my awesome gf (@avorizh14)!!
