Most people see my profile and think
The truth is simpler and heavier.
Iโve been going through one of the hardest phases of my life. Mentally drained. Emotionally exhausted. Depression creeping in. Feeling completely aloneโฆ like no one was there to listen.
Problems kept piling up. Pressure kept increasing. And at some point, I felt lost.
Then one night, a verse from the Qurโan came to my heart:
That verse stopped me.
It reminded me that even when people walk awayโฆ Even when the world feels silentโฆ Allah never leaves.
So that night, instead of overthinking, I turned back to Allah. I asked for forgiveness. I talked to Him honestly, quietly, broken.
And something changed.
For the first time in days, I didnโt feel alone. The heaviness in my chest eased. The depression softened.
Then another verse echoed in my heart:
Not after hardship. ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ก hardship.
That was enough to help me stand up again. Enough to return to my field. Enough to keep moving.
This post isnโt about religion vs profession. Itโs about survival.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is pauseโฆ and talk to Allah.
Because when you make a habit of talking to Allah, you are never truly alone.
