Beshi is the newest member of the Strawberry Thieves, but she's been in the club for the longest time. By no means was she ever hesitant about wanting to join, she was just sure that her mother would disapprove of it since she was so paranoid.

Despite her mother being very strict, Beshi can often ask her dad for small things that her mother disapproves of, which is where Beshi got most of her freedom from.

Beshi's father loves instruments as well, but his interest falls in line with classical instruments more than the instruments that Beshi likes to use. And opposite to the both of them, Beshi's mother hates music in general and finds it distracting.

I think most of the relationships Beshi has with her peers are generally explained well, the only one that might seem strange in the context I gave is Gita.

Gita lives in Beshi's neighborhood, and she was known as a much calmer version of her parents, hence why, to an extent, Beshi's mother gave her her stamp of approval. When the time came, Gita came to visit Beshi's home in order to ask about her mother's thoughts on the band. After explaining on Gita's side and pleading on Beshi's side, her mother eventually gave in.
