#tag system

You mentioned a blacklist, what is that and how can I use it? I've been on tumblr only for a few months and honestly i just downloaded it so I could see updates on tfc and interact a bit with the mods. I have no idea how to use it properly.

(Sorry if there's any grammar mistakes, english isn't my first language and I'm so lazy to check if it's correct on a translator)

For all I know they could also be a new tumblr user and completely unaware of the tools that were available— while I still feel the overall message was rude, I hope learning about the filter/blacklist system is helpful for them!

You can find out more about how to find and edit your blacklist (also called your filtered tags or filtered content) on this official tumblr help page here!

You can also control if you want to see content labeled as 'mature' or not, which might be helpful overall for some folks :D I also have another post I'm making detailing all the tags I might use if people wanted to block those and they hadn't realized there was a filtering system yet!

I don't want to unfollow more people. But I don't want to see certain content on my dash either anymore, so I will again if I have to. It's getting really tiring when you want to avoid certain content but it keeps appearing because people don't tag. It's just exhausting. I don't have to work for you. It's not my job filter your posts when it's YOUR job tag your things so my filters can work. EVEN YOUR REBLOGS.

You don't want to know all possible combinations of words I filtered and yet they keep appearing.

Und weil das so ist, haben sich in der Zwischenzeit natürlich einige Posts angesammelt – rund 3.300 an der Zahl!

Für mich ist Boernepedia vor allem ein Ort der Community, an dem wir uns begegnen, miteinander lachen und weinen und schreien können. Aber ich sehe den Blog auch als eine Art Archiv, in dem sich Neuigkeiten, Wissen und Austausch rund um den Tatort Münster sammeln.

Damit das ab sofort noch etwas besser funktioniert, habe ich die Tags aller Posts überarbeitet; sie vereinheitlicht und gegebenenfalls ergänzt. Damit sind vor allem unsere frühen Posts leichter zu finden.

Der Übersichtlichkeit halber gibt es jetzt außerdem unter diesem Link eine Navigationsseite (x), über die ihr leichter zu den wichtigsten Tags unseres Blogs gelangt. Ihr könnt nicht nur nach Episoden, sondern auch nach Figuren, Eintragsarten oder Zusatzmaterial filtern :)

Ich habe mir Mühe gegeben, so viele alte Posts wie möglich an das aktuelle Tag-System anzupassen, aber bei derart vielen Beiträgen ist mir bestimmt trotzdem der ein oder andere Beitrag durchgerutscht. Falls ihr also irgendwann zufällig über einen Post stolpert und euch denkt: "Mensch, der bräuchte am besten noch Tag XY", dann hinterlasst gerne einen Hinweis bzw. Kommentar dazu – ich überarbeite das dann dementsprechend. Gleiches gilt natürlich, falls euch irgendwo ein falscher Tag auffällt (ups).

Das war's auch schon! Ich freue mich auf die nächsten Jahre mit euch und hoffe, dass wir diesen Dschungel von Blog jetzt alle noch ein bisschen besser durchschauen :D

Thank you that’s literally so sweet! The secret to my tagging system was stalking @raspberry-ribcage and asking them a bunch of questions about their own system and thus adopting a lot of their system. My only advice would be keep it simple and know what you want to get out of it. I’ve been putting off making a proper tag page on tumblr for the last week or so but I will do it and you will also be able to stalk it if you want to.
