P chem was much harder than organic!! I actually moved from California to Colorado. I think to get anywhere with a chemistry degree, it needs to be specialized like chemical engineering, or bio chem! But at least I have a degree, so it is helping me get jobs anyways!! I actually have more job interviews this week after I had to leave my last job.
oh wow, must’ve experienced a major change in weather too i’m assuming? i really have to agree with you on that one! i have friends who majored in like the general sciences (physics, bio or chem) but to ensure that you are able to find a job you need a specialization or do a masters or phd to secure yourself.. the only important thing is that you’re getting jobs which i am SOO HAPPY for you!! ahh i hope you left your last job on good terms^^ i hope you are able to kill those interviews and get offers!!💪
Ah, I did just straight up chem! P chem was a royal pain in my butt and because I lived in California I couldn't get any experience! Over saturated market over there. It's not as bad as you would think though, moving. Honestly!
Oh this is my first time hearing an online mutual studying chemistry! I was about to go into straight chem as well but I did a last minute, total 180 into chemeng^^ wait are you saying the p chem is much harder than organic chemistry?!?! I did well but damn that stuff was hard and I only had to take one course on it.. ahh I see, I don’t know much but what kind of jobs can you get with p chem? you moved to california from where or was it just from diff cities??
Hehe the idea of moving out, it may come sooner that I thought if i do decide to live off campus for my last year.. if not it’ll happen only once I graduate and start looking for jobs

i’m studying chemical engineering! hbu?? i’ve commuted every day to school so i’ve missed out on a lot of opportunities to make friends (and that’s my biggest regret right now).. like the only “friends” i’ve made are the ones that i go to when there are group projects/assignments, but i haven’t really established that genuine connection compared to say the friends i’ve made in high school.. oh wow i’m so proud of you! i can’t imagine myself ever leaving the comfort of own family and friends (especially since i’ve been living in the same house pretty much all my life o_o) but it’s good that you’re making new friends and hopefully finding your place as you start to venture out into the world alone^^
