5. I don’t think that’s how conspiracies work. :D
“So what do you think about all this, Taesha?” Hammond asked the Pandaren as he and the villagers of Shack-shire gathered around her food cart. She had taken it upon herself to bring this cart of supplies all the way from Stormwind City, to this little forgotten corner of the Blasted Lands. Taesha looks to him as she stirs a cauldron of chowder. “Think about what?” She asks absent-mindedly, so focused on the task at hand as to seemingly forget about the situation that the Sable Sun Company had gotten themselves into. “The bandits. The raider’s we’ve been dealing with. You know, the ones wearing the Stormwind regalia?” She thinks for a moment, continuing to stir the pot of chowder.”..Oh! You mean the pudding bandits! What about them?” She says as she nods, a smile on her face. He raises a finger in the air, about to correct her, but thinks better of it, and decides to say something else. “Don’t you think it’s strange to have bandits wearing the Stormwind colors, attacking villages like this? Do you think there might some kind of conspiracy here?” Taesha shakes her head. “Hmm, no. I don’t think so. They don’t look like pirates to me.” She offers him a bowl of chowder. “Thanks, Taesha this loo-what?”
“I said they do not look like pirates. and they do not seem to be escaped prisoners. I do not think there is any conspiracy here.”
What?
“..What do pirates have to do with anything? These are bandits, not corsairs.” He notes as he takes a bite of the hot stew. Taesha huffs at his remark, saying, “Of course that is what it means, it says so in the word itself!” She taps a clawed finger on the wooden top of the cart as she proceeds to spell out the word. “ *Cons*-*Piracy*! What else could it mean?” Hammond placed the half-eaten bowl of chowder on the cart and just stared at the Pandaren, as she stood there, stirring the cauldron of chowder, looking to him with this innocent smile on her face.
“That’s..No, that’s not how conspiracies work, Taesha. That’s not what that word means..” He said, as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
