yeah, honestly this whole thing in my opinion has been sort of blown a bit out of proportion. there's been a lot of talk between students and teachers this week about whether our school will close down (and i think it will, my bet is by the end of march) because our principals have been asking about our internet access at home since we all have school issued chromebooks and things like that and they sent us home with a paper yesterday asking parents for updated contact information in the event the schools do shut down for a period of time so I'm just waiting for it to be honest. I'm not upset with that decision as long as i still get to graduate june 5th. they're trying to find a way to have the days we are gone if they do shut down still count as school days so we don't have to make them up at the end of the year.

but honestly, this whole thing is a mess and i cant wait for it all to calm down

(g)-idle ok so. i used to like them a lot i like the girl rush concepts they do and i love their “i am” album a lot. also soojin is my gf. but they, namely soyeon, have been rubbing me the wrong way lately both w the appropriation and also just how she is my friend was telling me about gidle on that show queendom i think and boy soyeon was on it. just not a fan. was never super into them on a personal level though so it was pretty easy to just not consume as much of their content.

24. day6 mwah my friend got me into them recentlyish i’ve never had an easy time getting into their music for some reason but i fuckin love entropy every song on it bangs. youngk got me falling in l*ve so hard i can’t stand him. they’re all really talented though and i love watching their interviews they’ve got a very entertaining dynamic. i finally see the hype over them and i can admit everyone who’s been telling me to stan day6 for like a year were right.
