These were too good not to post on #tacotuesday🌮 Yesterday one of my employees invited me over to his house for lunch and said his wife was making tacos. It took a little arm-twisting but I'm glad I went. These were absolute beauties. Pork and beef mixed together, nice and dry--no grease.
