The burritos at Taco Azteca in Glendale, CA are divine. I can only speak to the perfection of the asada beef variety, as it's the only thing I eat there. I don't pull up to the Louvre like "so what other paintings y'all got besides Mona Lisa?" If you value my burrito acumen, this spot has my full endorsement. I've been ordering a "burrito de asada, no salsa, con aguacate y queso" here since around 2007. It comes with onions and cilantro by default, and I leave them in. The red sauce is amazing, but I prefer to get mine on the side. My brother discovered it and arrived one day like Moses with the commandments, except the gifts he brought were higher on the greasy glory scale. The flavor combinations it provides are among the most amazing I've ever experienced. As you can see (do yourself a favor and swipe) they do not skimp you on the meat serving. My go-to move is pouring red sauce and limes over each bite and then basking in the bevy of ensuing delights. However on the recommendation of my supplier, I also poured salt and green sauce on half of the burrito this time. I'm not ready to talk about how good that was yet. #burritos🌯 #burritolife #burritolove #burritolover #tacoazteca (at Taco Azteca) https://www.instagram.com/p/CVOcsCzhKRT/?utm_medium=tumblr
