In un anfiteatro naturale di roccia in mezzo al quale precipita con 3 salti principali la cascata della Prata.
Le "Vie dell' Acqua" è un nome ben meritato per il sentiero che mi ci ha portato. La valle è piena di rivoli e cascatelle che scendono giù dai fianchi della montagna. Questa della Prata è una delle 2 più scenografiche.
Intorno il bosco veste Gennaio, tra passaggi splendidi in mezzo a castagni, faggi, massi, arbusti, tronchi abbattuti. È una delle "antiche vie mulattiere" recuperate recentemente nella zona di Acquasanta Terme, nelle Marche. Tempo fa fu zona di carbonai, poi rifugio per partigiani. Oggi è un sentiero agevole che ancor più su conduce all'altra cascata, quella della Volpara.

In a natural rock amphitheater in the middle of which the Prata waterfall falls with 3 main jumps.
The "Ways of Water" is a well-deserved name for the path that took me there. The valley is full of streams and waterfalls that descend from the mountainside. This one called "Prata" is one of the 2 most scenic.
The forest dresses Genuary, with his splendid passages among chestnut trees, beech trees, boulders, shrubs, felled logs. It is one of the "ancient mule tracks" recently recovered in the Acquasanta Terme area, in the Marche region. Some time ago it was a charcoal burners' area, then a refuge for partisans. Today it is an easy path that leads even further up to the other waterfall, called "Volpara".
