"H-Happy B-Birthday Sasuke!" Lenny appeared with a birthday gift for him. She holds out a bag with a cupcake on the front to him, hoping he enjoys his gifts. Inside is a knitted blanket that she made with her own two hands and a cute little black cat plushie. There's also a light pink hand made card inside. He just stares in shock for a minute because his family is gone, and he doesn't really make a big deal out of birthdays or holidays, solely about himself. Christmas is different because while he might stress himself out finding the proper gift, it's worth it to see the reactions of everyone, including Naruto, even if he does cry and get snot all over his black coat, so this surprises him.
He smiles, though. He takes the gift bag and cupcake gently from her hand into one hand and pets the top of her head with the other. " Thank you very much, Lenny. It looks like you put a lot of thought into this. " He decides then to check everything out. First, he eyes the cupcake and chuckles. " This looks delicious. "
Then he sets it down and opens the bag. He takes out the plushie, laughing even more as he holds it near his face and looks at Lenny. " He's going to get lots of love. " He said happily. He takes out the blanket next, and his whole face lights up. " Wow, this is beautiful! Did you make this all on your own? " He asked, glancing her way. Before the blanket steals his attention, he looks it over and gently brushes it with his fingers.
I don't know if i've been sleeping especially poorly or if I spent too much energy cleaning yesterday but I am way more wiped out than I should be right now and it's very very frustrating
