A starter for @lmyuta
Sicheng isn’t sure he will ever grow accustomed to Yuta’s subtle clinginess, simply for how unexpected it’d been; his attitude was otherwise so forward, so assured in posture, and it’d taken a bit for Sicheng to recognise that his eager, playful pestering of him was affection; although he’d never speak a word of this knowledge to Yuta—not so much because he thinks the other man would resent such an accusation, but because Sicheng sort of thinks it’s cute, and he resents that.
He’d been gone all weekend with Xuxi, so when he arrives back at the apartment Sunday evening, he expects Yuta to be excited, and he’s not disappointed, because it’s only a few seconds before he’s attempting to pull Sicheng into an embrace, cooing ironically affectionate platitudes, and even as he groans, Sicheng relents to a hug, giving Yuta a quiet, but genuine, squeeze—followed immediately by a whine, gently pushing him away before it becomes too obvious that Sicheng kind of missed him, too.
“Have you just been sitting here panting, like...waiting for me to come home?” he says with a snort, dropping his duffel bag beside the sofa, too lazy to make the trek to his room just yet, “You should give me a second before you start humping my leg, at least...”
