seeing a magical girl show led by two black girls AND created by a black lesbian?? it’s stuff of childhood dreams I tell you 🥹🥹 I mean it’s because I read and watched magical girl/slice of life animes that I decided I wanted to be a comic author when I was 10 and look at me now!!

so naturally when she dropped these hoco looks last night I had noticed something …. something familiar … AND IT HIT ME!! HOSHI LOOKED LIKE LILY-MAE (MY CHARACTER) FROM THE HOCO EPISODES I DID TO CLOSE OUT SEASON 1!!! and I just couldn’t let the idea go I had to see it 😭😭
