as someone who is never willing to deal with het nonsense and usually watches superhero movies cringing at the forced romance subplot, i have to say: t’challa/nakia was one of the healthiest, sweetest relationships i have ever seen. they both respect and love each other so much, even when they’re not in a relationship. t’challa never acts bitter because nakia chose her mission over him and was fully willing to compromise so she could have both.
