We don’t usually have noticeable memory issues but we just went to the grocery store and couldn’t remember our phone number as well. Whoever was in front was asking what it was. But we were also just out of it in general . When we got home we were struggling to go through the process of getting out of the car (rolling up windows we got hung up on for a second and then started buffering) but idk if this is a dissociative disorder this or just a My Car Has No AC thing or a something else thing

Trying to figure out if we have a individual fictive or if we all just collectively kin him
Like I know we had a fictive at SOME POINT but it’s been years and I think he got absorbed by somebody else. But we never stopped feeling connected to him. So I dunno 🔎
I assume the easiest way to make plural friends is probably to find sourcemates but most our introjects are OCs and most that aren’t OCs are probably too niche to have sourcemates . And like idk if it’s unwise to make friends in such a way.
And I also wouldn’t want other peoples alters to feel like I’m narrowing them down to a character they introjected 😓
I also don’t think I even WANT sourcemates for some of them . But then others I’m like hmm. Could be fun
Sudden tinge of denial about how nobody externally seems to notice us act any different ever. But on another hand we rarely spend time with anybody in general, and when we do we mask or just dissociate, so what is there to notice?????????
