i've actually noticed SEVERAL tumblr asks and dms asking about manifestation basics and tips from me! i did not know i was a manifestation guru here on tumblr LOL?! i feel like i haven't made much manifestation content here AT ALL. i'm actually constantly studying and indulging in research about manifestation and loa recently, which is crazy because it aligns with all of your guy's asks and requests.

so, i've been doing this little practice for a few months now, and it's become something SUPER important for me, it rearranges me from the inside out. my 11:11 journal spread is literally my favorite manifestation tool rn. this is a starting tool for my manifestation journey! (morning or night) you can do it whenever you feel that little tug in your chest that TELLS you to pay attention. i use this to script my life into existence, scripting has become SUPER involved in my journey, and i FELL in love with it. i do this whenever i see 11:11 (which is basically my universe's way of saying "pay attention, girl"). i'll just walk you through EXACTLY how i set it up + why is works soooo well for pulling in what you want. (just know, you can choose any angel number, i just consistently see 11:11 and it's aligned with me!)

~ ♡ 𝖜𝖍𝖞 11:11 𝖘𝖈𝖗𝖎𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖌 𝖜𝖔𝖗𝖐𝖘 ♡ ~

11:11 is a master number in numerology. it means alignment and new beginnings. so, when you catch it, your energy is SUPER receptive. scripting during this window imprints your desires directly to the quantum field. like you're basically hacking the matrix with your words using 11:11. write from the "end". assume it's already done. 11:11 is a moment of coherence. your mind, your energy, your intention they all line up for split-seconds.

what goes on when you script during that ONE MINUTE window!

♡ your nervous system is softer

♡ your imagination is sharper

♡ your subconscious is MORE open!

♡ your desires imprint faster

(super important to pay attention to TIMING, and ensure you're in a relaxed state of mind and environment during this 1-minute window.)

i WRITE FROM THE END, that's the secret. not "i want," not 'i hope," AND DEFINITELY NOT "one day"

i use "i'm living it. It's doesn't" the goal here is to make it so it's impossible for your subconscious to argue with you. because you already embody it.

~ ♡ 𝖒𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖗𝖎𝖆𝖑𝖘 𝖞𝖔𝖚 𝖓𝖊𝖊𝖉 ♡ ~

okay, YOU LITERALLY DO NOT NEED ANything FANCY, but it swear the sensory details matter. you need some sort of signal to your brain to let it know that this is a sacred moment, NOTTTT a to-do list.

♡ a journal with thick-colored pages (love leuchtturm1917 in sage green)

♡ gold or black gel pens

♡ washi tape to frame the page (optional)

♡ small crystal to place on top. (like rose quartz for love, citrine for abundance. amethyst for clarity)

♡ your favorite mug of tea! (vanilla chai is sooo good!)

~ ♡ 𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖕-𝖇𝖞-𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖕 𝖘𝖕𝖗𝖊𝖆𝖉 𝖘𝖊𝖙𝖚𝖕 ♡ ~

⋆ i like to prep my space (of course this is BEFOREEE 11:11.) i light a white candle and i sometimes use palo santo, optional! my mom used sage growing up, my mom used sage, but as i got older i learned more about how sacred it is to native communities. i want my practice to stay RESPECTFUL, so i personally choose not to use white sage. a lot of what's sold is mass-harvested in ways that harm the plant and the culture it comes from, and i DO NOT want my spirituality to participate in that. keeping my ritual ethical makes it feel cleaner, softer and more aligned. PLEASE do your research!

⋆ play 528hz frequency music, softly, not loud. you need to hear your thoughts. sit comfortably take 3 deep breaths and visualize a golden light filling the room.

⋆ date + time stamp. at the top of the page, write "11:11 [date]" in your fanciest handwriting. add a little doodle like a crescent moon or star or a vine. (also, if you want to frame the entire page with some washi tape of your choice, i like to use a pastel sage green colored-washi-tape.)

⋆ this next step i like to call the gratitude bridge (3 sentences) start with "i am soo grateful now that my podcast hit 10k downloads + my dms are FLOODED with collabs." thank the universe for what you KNOW you'll be getting.

more examples: " i am soooo grateful now that my inbox is full of aligned opportunities" "i am soo grateful that i wake up excited for my life." "i am so grateful i got my specific position at my current job"

⋆ now the vivid scene which is 1 full page. write your main manifestation in present tense, super sensory. PLEASE PLEASE don't just say "i have a new apartment". you need to describe the marble counters, the city view at sunrise, how the sunlight hit your plants and your glass coffee table. make it so real you SMELL the fresh linen sheets.

⋆ for your affirmation anchors stick to 5 lines. use short, punchy "i am" statements. mine "i am magnetic to wealth. i am surrounded by high-vibe souls. i am living my scripted reality." "i am grounded, guided, and supported." "i am the version of me who receives with ease."

⋆ and then your closing should also be THE SEAL. think of this entire script as your letter to the universe and like ending a prayer with "amen" or "so mote it be" your closing should represent a proper ending to the universe as well. i like to end it as "and so it is," or "so mote it be" i also personally draw a sigil (a simple symbol that represents your desire). i bought a book years ago that taught me how to make my own. research on how to create your own sigils if you want to!) and place your crystal on the page overnight to CHARGE it with your words and bring it with you!

⋆ do this max 3x a week. over-scripting creates resistance

⋆ if doubt creeps in mid-write, pause and affirm "this or something better."

⋆ track synchronicities in a side column. they're proof it's working.

⋆ pair with mirror work. read it aloud to your reflection daily. i do mirror work and glamour magick btw!
