post T, using a binder because he tried tape binding once and couldn't stand the itch, too broke at that point for top surgery

RE4:

still no top surgery (not enough free time and time off from the DSO), tape binding now because he had a close call on a multi-day op with his binder and injured himself. the tape isn't ideal and itches a lot, but it is safer for his work activities overall
