molly is such a mylar lovechild thinking about her makes me feel crazy. like. orphaned child whose ability is finding people. whoever she wants. she pinpoints her target person on a map. which is literally what mohinder and sylar were doing together in montana. the entire reason sylar and mohinder met and had such a visceral storyline together is because of mohinder's fathers map. and the clashing ways both of them made use of it. (sylar hunted people down to harvest their powers, and mohinder tried to contact people to hopefully keep them safe) in fact. both of them have separate maps. (i know sylar's map was kind of forgotten later on, but i digress)
like. isnt that kind of insane. mohinder and sylar had a child that was the culmination of the trauma and hope they both experienced together and she represented the very experience that brought the two of them together and then apart and the writers had to squeeze matt in there so that people wouldnt make the very obvious connection
