Biography:
Orphaned at a young age, Anthony Rydinger didn’t have much in the way of parentage. No schooling, no business to inherit, he resorted to begging for money (and often stealing) until he met Flynn Rider. Anthony certainly didn’t appreciate the help straight away, distrusting the older man’s intentions, but when he offered up a warm(ish) bed and a job to make some money for himself he couldn’t turn it down.
Now he works at the tavern, earning his keep. This is not to say that Anthony has dropped his mischievous ways. On the contrary, Anthony continues to pickpocket and schmooze people for information (although he’s told not to steal while inside the tavern to protect business).
Flynn’s a relatively good teacher but Anthony certainly has a lot to learn about navigating in polite society.

Green Corduroy Jacket: This is the only jacket that Scamp had brought with on his travels. He had been expecting tropics so a jacket hadn't been a high priority.
Newport Beach Crewneck: This was mostly used as a travel day shirt for layering in the airport/on the plane. He finds it cozy!
Embroidered Cream Button-Up With Floral Detailing: It's much too light to be considered a jacket but he loves the floral vibes on a beach. It's a classic for a reason!
Green T-Shirt & Off-White Shorts: Casual outfit, nothing special to look at really!
Floral Knit Button-Up T-Shirt: It's a good beach shirt but it was a bit impractical when you show up in England in January!
Red Swim Trunks With Tropical Leaves: Everyone needs swimwear when you're hopping from beach to beach!
Ripped Light-Wash Jeans: Sometimes you need longer pants but they can still look good!
Light Purple Suit: It's a damn good suit for any special occasion and he got to be prepared for Pacifica's wedding!
Rainbow Joggers: Comfy & Eye-Catching! He absolutely will never part with these!
Part 2 — Thrifted in Swynlake:
Black Jeans With White Hearts On The Sides: These jeans did not originally come with little hearts on the side but Scott has used iron-on material to aid in his Halloween costume. He's happy to have these jeans forever now.
Red Cardigan: One thing that Scott never appreciated before moving to Swynlake was sweaters and other warm weather outfit pieces!
Tan Jean Jacket & Red T-Shirt: Okay autumn! No but for real, he needed some more "neutral" pieces so he found himself reaching for a new jacket and some more basic t-shirts.
Red Velvet Button-Up: Another piece of his Lovebug costume that he's insistent that he can incorporate into some other outfits (the date auction this month perhaps??)!
Salmon Large-Knit Sweater: What? A guy's not allowed to be comfy cozy??? No, but for real, Scamp loves this sweater and thinks everyone should have one!
Red Sneakers: Wow Scott has thrifted a lot of red but These had been yet another piece of that costume but he thinks the shoes are worn in the perfect amount so he does wear them, especially on deliveries for Pizza Planet. They're even nonslip!
Blue Sweater: It's professional and soft. Plus his favorite color! No notes!
Brown Vintage Sweater: It's wool. It's warm. It's ugly. Sometimes things are for function over fashion.
Mustard Yellow Joggers: These are comfort, fashion, AND function! Hell yeah! He likes to dress these both up and down!
