#swing vote

I can't believe students were turned away from voting because of a bloody admin error! I'm so angry!!

So I was aware that the 2008 comedy/drama “Swing Vote” was based around the premise that a presidential election came down to the vote of Kevin Costner, but watching it I discover that the situation that caused this to arise was his character’s daughter COMMITTING VOTER FRAUD (by stealing his ballot while the one staff member watching them was asleep, then voting on his behalf, except the voting machine gets unplugged so it doesn’t register correctly). That kinda puts the rest of the story into a different light
