Just saying
Hux being the mole to spite kylo ren has ex-boyfriend vibes.
Oh yeah, it’s all coming together people
I surrender who I’ve been for who you are
For nothing makes me stronger than your fragile heart
If I had only felt how it feels to be yours
Interesting, J.J., that a romantic relationship can’t be deep, open, and intimate. Interesting that a romantic relationship can’t draw out bravery and courage and trust.
Or is it because they’re both men and society sexualizes gay men so much that your immediate, unconscious response to a gay relationship is that the romance is purely physical?
I wonder. Homophobic ideas are still deeply engrained, people. Deeply engrained.

Oh gawd. I only got knowing the news today.
It hurts because I knew. I just knew Poe and Rey were supposed to be THE couple of sequel trilogy but were banned in IX for them to bring an unnecessary past affair and formalize a toxic another. It hurts we Damerey fans were right.
We were so robbed. SO ROBBED. To know we won't ever get the chance again.
To me Rey and Poe are officially canon and that's it. All the parallels, the meanings, potential. It IS canon.
All I know I won't ever see this scene the same ever again. Seriously, it's hurting.

Fellow clowns, time to suit up
It looks like 2019 is the year of being incredibly disappointed with ridiculously successful mediocre (white) male writers. Endgame, Game of Thrones, Sanditon, now Star Wars, they'll stop at nothing if they can Shock the audience. Satisfactory stories, themes, and endurance don't matter when they can make mega-bucks now. Will we be able to use this to push for the collapse of mega-movie corps and the subsequent introduction of better writers, directors, producers; maybe even better treatment of crews and child actors?
