Viktor had invited Svala to release some steam she had been keeping inside. After she had revealed everything too him about the woman that had snuck into her office and the list Henryk had given her and now that Jakovan had it seemed right to accept to not worry for once. Viktor could read her about as well as her family and he could tell she just needed a moment. Because she did.
She rode astride her horse catching up to Viktor and shaking her head at him, “you shouldn’t push him so hard.” She smirked, before tilting her head, “what exactly are we hunting for today?” Her back straightening more as she slowed to a walk, her bow and quiver slung across her back. “I suggest boar, maybe a feast would stifle the growing worry in the court?” Her brows raising gently. “just be sure it isn’t a Petrov boar.” She smirked, “Jakovan wouldn’t take kindly to you taking advantage of his family’s livestock for an easy kill.”
