THE MANAKETE REMEMBERS NOT HOW she got roped into playing this card game, only that she sat there and now, five cards one hand and a yawn stifled in the other. The premise had seemed simple enough— it was a simulation of battle, with cards instead of people. A game for the tactician and their strategist mind, not sleepy manaketes whose only interest in the pastime lay in the wonderfully crude rendition of dragons drawn on the card. But the present must be embraced, and the fact of the matter was, her present consisted of facing off against a rather scary looking man in a cardfight.
"Oh, sorry, sorry," she says, yawning once more, "I'm afraid I'm not so keen on games like this. Erm… is it your turn?"
Tiki stretches, then leans into the backrest of her chair, her movements not unlike a cat in languor. She takes a moment to study the scene before her— there’s a card at the center of his playmat, while there were none on hers. She hums.
"Or, hm, no, I do believe it's mine. Then I shall place…" she pouts as she scans her hand of cards, eyes searching for the most reasonable looking one, "...this one!"
She brings out a card of a white dragon and places it onto the center of the mat. Though the actual damage numbers are unknown to her, she thinks relying on her fellow dragon ought to net her something. "Has that done something? I feel as though it has. Manaketes are rather powerful," she smiles to herself, "I should know."
