My less known book #supperlove @quadrillebooks So strange, while making it I thought this was going to be my most creative and fun book, I tried to push the boundaries by creating soups with more textures, flavours and nutrients, but it was not understood and liked as much as my previous ones. I was very disappointed 😔 but maybe the book was not executed as well as it should’ve been. Definitely I could have done better pictures and more complex flavours. But overall this is a very inspiring and beautiful book about soups seen in a different way. What do you think about it? Do you have this book?
