Jaq sighed loudly, jogging down the steps of the police station. How unbelievable. After going through all the work of getting backing from The Avengers and Fantastic Force, she was still seen as a vigilante, instead of the super hero she actually was. She kicked at a random rock on the sidewalk, her foot passed through it.
Wrinkling her nose in annoyance, she hunched towards her car.. Under her windshield was a parking ticket. Silver-blue eyes widened. That cinched it, the police were targeting her. Jaq snatched it up, glaring at it. “What, I'm double parked?! Oh! Those porcs imbeciles!” She growled. With a single motions, she tore it in half, letting the pieces fly away from her. She turned away from the vehicle and took a deep breath. This day was just getting longer and longer.
From the distance there's a scream. Jaq's head snaps towards it, along with most people on the street around her. Without a moments hesitation she took off, phasing through people as needed. “Désolé. Désolé!” She automatically called after her, more focused on hoping that she would make it in time to be of some use.
