Hmmmm I would like something fluffy with crowley please!!!
Mr. Crowley
Crowley x Fem!Reader
Warnings: none really, maybe a little mention of ‘activities’. Fluff and Romance.
Summary: Crowley hadn’t been sure that you liked him, but when he hears from another friend of yours he’s glad to return the feeling.
“Nice place. You get all the channels down here?”
Crowley lifts his head to find an angel standing in the center of his throne room, but not just any. “Ah, Gabriel.” He greets with anything but a welcoming tone. Not that the archangel expected much. “Come to taint my peace with your terrible jokes and family’s petty affairs, have you?”
Gabriel shakes his head. “On any other day I would say yes, but this is a different type of business meeting. More like a curtesy visit.” He tucks his arms behind his back, rocking back-and-forth on the balls of his feet. Crowley could sense that the angel was hiding something, but knowing Gabriel— Cheeky little shit that he is—would never give him a direct answer. It was always a riddle, or a joke that seemed to only leave him laughing and the others with a metaphorical ‘egg on their face’.
“Well, do tell.” He encourages, waving to Gabriel, who still wore the stupidly wide grin. “Or get out of my fucking throne room, you little shit.”
“Woah, woah, easy there handsome.” Gabriel attempts to calm him down with that usual carefree flare he’d used over the years. Holding up his hands in mock defense, “I just came to tell you-“ He points to him, watching the demon’s eyes narrow, “-that I heard, from a little birdie, that a little someone has a crush on you. Thought you might wanna know, my lord.” Gabriel bows dramatically and Crowley scoffs.
“Care to elaborate, feathers?” He questions, resting his cheek against knuckles, almost unamused.
Gabriel smirks, “Course. You know her very well. An old friend of yours.”
The sweet, earthly nuttiness of the oils mixed well the sweet softness of the acrylic as Crowley entered the room. Unbeknownst to the stranger that sat in the middle of the room. Sat hunched over their latest work on canvas. From here he could make out very little details, but each stroke of the brush had begun to show just exactly whom the subject was. He steps close, careful not to knock over any supplies that had been left astray on the ground. The room was littered with tools, other works of art, some finished and some just started. The closer he got to you he could see the center of the portrait resembled an almost striking likeness to him. Realizing that’s because you were painting him.
The song blaring into your ears, had helped bring the inspiration for this piece. Ozzy Osbourne’s infamous song Mr. Crowley had been the center of this inspiration, not that it had helped your mind had been so focused on him. The very king of hell himself and truly you couldn’t stop. Deciding to put all that feeling and emotion into a portrait. That’s when you had realized the warm breath that tickled your cheek, a chill that fell along your spine, and the bumps that pricked along your skin. He was here.
He gently pries the headphones from your head, and you slowly turn to face the demon of your dreams. Locking eyes with those deep-rich brown rings. They had seen so much, centuries of life, betrayal, and a life beyond death. Now here you were, eye to eye with the very king of hell. There was something so artistically perfect about. He smelled faintly of scotch, and pine, it was oddly intoxicating. “Crowley.” His name falls from your lips almost as a whisper.
“Hello, love. I heard you had been thinking about me.” His own timbre is just as soft as yours as he speaks and there is just a hint of lust, but you couldn’t be sure.
You blink, looking anywhere but the man of your fantasies, dare not looking him in the eyes for fear of him reading your thought. Despite the fact he could do it either way, looking at him or not. “Who,” You swallow thickly, “Who told you?”
He hums tilting his head left and right, catching your gaze once more when you look back to him. “Let’s say a little bird told me.”
Damn it, Gabriel! It was supposed to be a secret and you had confided in your guardian angel thinking he would have kept it a secret, but he was a tricky one. “Don’t look so disappointed, love.”
You set down the brush and palette, careful not to disturb the colors that sat on its surface. Reaching out for your headphones to take from Crowley and he lets you, but not without gently brushing his fingers along your wrist as you do so. “I-I’m not.” You argue, giving a shake of your head. That’s when the blush creeps onto the apples of your cheeks, “Just the opposite. I’m embarrassed.”
He stands up straight, watching you step off from the still you’d been perched on. This allowed him a much better view of the piece that had been taking up hours of your time, no doubt your thoughts. It truly was amazing, he had always wondered how you had been able to get the ideas from your mind and onto the canvas. “Do you like it?” Your softness causes him to turn on his heels, not even noticing that you had walked away, standing over a small sink and rinsing out some brushes less they get dry, crack, and become unsalvageable.
“Love it? It’s magnificent, I adore it love.” He answers, the pride showing through in his tone.
That’s when his arms wrap around your waist, cheek against yours. The gentle scruff of his bear tickles your cheek, “Just not as much as I find myself adoring you, darling.” Another laugh escapes your lips, and your eyes flick to your reflection in the small mirror hanging above the sink. You could see him, the adoration within those chestnut eyes. You turn in his arms facing the demon and smiling up at him. His hands still sitting on your hips, Crowley was stuck. Did he want to kiss you? Yes. Should he? He wasn’t sure.
However with a sudden boldness and the speed you hadn’t known yourself to posses, you grab him by the tie and yank him down closer. Crashing your lips onto his. Months of waiting, thinking, and love poured into one action. It only took him a moment to adjust and kiss you back if not with more passion than a demon should possess, but he was feeling a bit human at the moment and he wasn’t going to turn back now.
You were the only thing in this world Crowley didn’t feel like he had to control, to be a step ahead of, and he certainly didn’t have to give up anything. Except his undying love for you. That was enough for him, a sacrifice worth the effort.
So when he pulls away, his hands gently cupping your face into his palms. “Don’t ever think for a moment I won’t spend every moment loving you, sweetheart. You are the only thing in my life worth giving everything up for. Now how about you and I participate in another form of art?”
Gabriel had come to visit you a day later, and he was absolutely sure you had spoken to Crowley already. Because while he was sitting next to you, as you painted and just made polite conversation, he saw them. The slightly fresh, purple and red bruises peeking out from the t-shirt you were wearing. He smiles to himself, he should have hooked you guys up sooner.
Hope you love it pookie! I loveeeeed writing this!

okay okay okay, I’d like to stay at the catacombs of paris with mechanic!dean winchester, but you get to pick the spice level ;)
shoutout to the first fictional man I ever fell in love with, in my first fandom, who has had a chokehold on me since 2005
I feel like being a tease today so that's what you're getting 😛
headcannon below the cut
dean winchester doesn't mind working after hours
it was bad enough that your car had broken down on the side of the road, steam billowing from under the hood like some kind of physical protest from your car, and vengeance for not paying attention to all the dashboard lights and concerning noises you ignored by turning the volume up louder on the radio, but it was also hot
it was the hottest day of the year, and without the luxury of a/c, which already hadn't been working very well, you were drenched in sweat from the sweltering head within five minutes
thankfully, you at least had enough signal to call for a tow to the nearest shop, but your stomach was twisted in anxious knots the entire ride over as you considered just how much your apathy towards routine maintenance was going to break the bank
two of the three bays were occupied when the tow truck pulled into the small shop called winchester brothers, and you could hear classic rock blasting from somewhere inside the garage along with the sound of power tools. it seemed like a family owned business, which gave you a little hope that you weren't about to get fucked over like you would at a chain shop
luckily there was a fan inside the lobby. it didn't blow super cold, but it was a reprieve from the heat, and that's all you wanted
a tall man with kind eyes and floppy hair greeted you, graciously offering you a cold bottle of water, and told you it would be a bit before they could look at your car, but it wasn't like you had anywhere to go, or could go, without a car
the seats of the worn leather chairs were cracked in some places, the yellowed foam cushion beneath peeking through the fractures, and the jagged pieces dug into the backs of your thighs no matter how you shifted in the seat
the magazines on the table in the lobby area were all outdated and wrinkled, mostly of them car magazines, a few issues of sports illustrated, and two issues of maxim in the midst of the pile
you spent an hour looking around the shop, actually reading the safety posters and service lists, looking at the framed certificates, brand signage hung up, a few car posters taped to the walls, and the ones of women in bikinis you could see through the window of the small office that made you roll your eyes
"well well well, if my brother had told me a pretty girl was waitin' in here, I woulda got to your car sooner."
the deep voice with the slight twang pulled your attention from the car magazine you'd been flipping through while pondering if your old car was even worth what it would cost to fix whatever was wrong with it, or if you should just cut your losses and try to get a new one
the man that walked in was...well...one of the most beautiful human beings you had ever seen
he wasn't as tall as the other man, who apparently was his brother, but he was still pretty tall, and the black tshirt he was wearing was soaked with sweat, leaving little to the imagination about the physique beneath, not to mention the sleeves that were snug around his biceps
there was a cocky smirk on his plush pink lips as he sauntered over towards you, and those piercing green eyes had you flushing with heat for an entirely different reason than the unrelenting sun outside
the chair next to you creaked under his weight as he sat down, and you found yourself intoxicated by his scent, which surprised you, considering he smelled like sweat and motor oil
but lingering beneath was something almost woodsy, purely masculine, probably something uniquely him, and you could also detect a hint of black coffee
it took you a moment to find your voice when the man introduced himself as dean, asking tentatively how bad it was, both out of anxiety about if you could actually afford to fix the problems, and due to feeling slightly intimidated by the hot mechanic
"well, bad news is you got a cracked radiator, and that ain't an easy fix. your wiper fluid is also practically gone, the dipstick for your oil is bone dry, the pressure in your tires is low, two of 'em are balding, and your coolant needs to be recharged."
your eyes widened at the laundry list of problems with your car. surely you hadn't neglected the maintenance that much?
"jesus, is there any good news?"
a deep chuckle rumbled in dean's chest, and a smug grin stretched over his mouth, causing dimples to appear in his stubbly cheeks as he flashed you a charming wink
"I can fix all that."
that goddamn wink and smug grin had you shifting in the seat, crossing your legs even tighter as you cleared your throat
"i'm assuming it's going to cost a couple grand and my first born child?"
dean let out another amused chuckle as he reached up to run his fingers through his sweaty light brown air, the action making his bicep flex which quickly captured your attention
"I won't lie to you sweetheart, it ain't gonna be cheap. when's the last time you even had your car looked at? or got an oil change?"
sinking your top teeth down into your bottom lip, you gave him a guilty smile that was a silent confession
"i'm not...good with cars, or that kind of stuff."
dean arched one of his brows, letting his eyes wander over your figure shamelessly before meeting your gaze again, a subtle smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth
"no boyfriend or...husband to take care of it for you?"
you had to admit, it was a smooth way of asking if you were single. you hoped the record heat wave outside was enough of an excuse for the flush burning in your cheeks
"nope. if there was one, I wouldn't be here."
dean didn't even try to hide how much he liked that answer, his lips splitting fully into a dazzling grin
"well, tell you what, i'll at least get your car up and runnin', see what we can do to keep your first born outta the cost. and as for everything else...I could always make a house call. see what we can work out after hours."
Summary: You can’t be around someone who broke your heart. You just can’t be friends.
A/N: This is a super long one shot. Sorry, not sorry :)
You
Your lips were inches from each other. You could feel Sam’s breath on your face, Your eyes were closed, the anticipation of the moment you’d dreamed of for so long killing you.
Suddenly, you felt his presence gone. You opened your eyes, Sam had stepped back, his hand running through his hair.
“We can’t do this, Y/N,” he said, squeezing his eyes shut.
”W-What?” You questioned.
“We can’t be together. It would never work—it’s too risky. You know that.”
You opened your mouth to argue but no words came out. He wasn’t wrong. Hunters dating each other was rough. There was always something out there that could use you against each other. There was always the threat of losing the other person on a hunt. Young death was common. Getting involved with each other would just make it more painful.
You wanted to scream at him that you could make it work. You wanted to beg him to give it a try.
But all you did was nod. You swallowed, willing the tears stinging at your eyes to go away.
Sam nodded back, also at a loss for words. He turned, heading down the hallway to his room. When you heard his door close, you finally let the tears fall.
Three Weeks Later
You
Your sharp hearing alerted you to someone other than Sam or Dean entering the kitchen. Your back was to the entryway as you had been filling your coffee mug. It was six in the morning, and even Sam who was an early riser was never up that early.
Besides, you knew what the boys sounded like. They had very distinct sounds to their steps—individual ways of breathing that you knew like the back of your hand.
This person was not Sam or Dean.
You pulled your gun from your waistband and spun around instantly, training your firearm on the intruder.
The woman raised her hands in surrender instantly, a look of confusion on her face. She looked to be about your age. She had long, straight blonde hair, and doe-like eyes that were a bright shade of blue. Her long legs seemed to stretch on forever in the pair of boxer shorts she wore that were rolled up at the waist. She had a white ribbed tank top on with a flannel thrown over it.
“There is no good way to enter a room that contains a hunter when they’re not expecting you,” she said, her hands still raised and a small smile on her face.
“Who are you?” You demanded, unflinching.
”I’m Danielle. I guess Sam didn’t warn you I was here.”
”You expect me to believe you were invited here?” You had a hard time believing Sam had just “forgotten” to tell you about a guest.
”Well, it was kinda last minute…” she trailed off. You studied her awkward expression before realization hit you. She wasn’t just wearing a flannel and boxers. She was wearing one of Sam’s flannels. You weren’t sure about the boxers, but you had a pretty good guess as to who they belonged to.
A sharp pain shot straight through you as you realized what that meant. This woman had spent the night.
”Oh,” you said lamely. You lowered your gun.
“Whoa, Y/N, what’s goin’ on?” Dean asked, coming into the kitchen behind Danielle. “We don’t wanna scare off any chicks that actually like my brother,” he joked.
Dean hadn’t known about what happened between you and Sam a few weeks before. You were pretty sure he knew about your feelings for his brother, but you hadn’t told him about your near-relationship. So to Dean, Sam having a girl stay overnight was just business as usual.
He didn’t know it was making you bite the inside of your cheek so hard it bled.
“Sorry about that,” you mumbled. She put her hands down as you put your gun back in your waistband. You turned to Dean. ”You knew she was here?”
”Yeah, Sammy texted me last night. He didn’t tell you?” Dean asked, confused.
You feigned nonchalance. “Must’ve forgot,” you shrugged.
“Huh. Well, Y/N, Danielle’s here,” he said, giving your shoulder a small shove as he went to get himself a cup of coffee.
You realized that regardless of your feelings for Sam, you were being rude.
“I’m sorry. I’m Y/N. It’s nice to meet you, Danielle,” you said, striding over to her and reaching out a hand. She shook it, smiling.
”It’s no problem, Y/N. I would have done the same thing,” she said with a chuckle.
”You’re a hunter too, I take it?” You asked, handing her the mug meant for you and going back to get coffee for yourself again. She sat down at the table and you sat across from her, trying your best to hide your shock at her mere presence.
One-night-stands weren’t new to you. All three of you had them now and again. You just weren’t expecting Sam to have one so soon after your…incident.
“Yeah, I met Sam at a shifter case nearby. We got a drink to celebrate when it was over and…well, here I am.”
You smiled lightly as Dean came to sit next to you. You could feel how forced it was, and by the way you could feel his eyes on you, Dean knew, too.
You spent the next ten minutes getting to know Danielle with Dean before Sam finally stumbled into the kitchen.
“Well, look who decided to show up,” Dean said. Sam didn’t seem that surprised that Danielle was still there. You watched him as he walked in and came to the table, leaning down and giving her a quick kiss. He turned and walked to the coffee pot, not once making eye contact with you.
”So what’s on the docket today?” Dean asked after taking a sip of his coffee. You were about to respond when Danielle spoke up.
”Well, Sammy and I are going to head up to Colorado for a werewolf case. Then we thought we’d rent a place up there, have a little mini ski vacation.”
Sammy.
We.
Vacation.
Realization smacked you in the face. Danielle wasn’t a one-night-stand.
Sam was dating her.
Sam
Sam dared a glance at you from behind his mug when Danielle finished speaking.
He saw realization, shock, and anger flit across your face at an amazing speed before it turned to a blank mask.
He was a dick, he knew that. He should have told you he was seeing someone.
He didn’t even really mean to be seeing someone. He’d met Danielle and had a great night of distraction with her. But when morning came, the gaping hole in his heart returned, and he couldn’t stand it. He needed more distraction.
Danielle was there. Danielle was sweet and beautiful. Danielle was interested in him.
Danielle wasn’t you, though.
Before he knew it, a couple of weeks had gone by and he had been calling her up fairly often. He couldn’t find it in himself to tell you, and it hadn’t mattered. But Danielle eventually wanted to see the infamous bunker. So he brought her home. Before telling you.
He knew you’d be pissed. You couldn’t hold it against him forever, though, could you? After all, you’d both agreed it was for the best that you don’t pursue a relationship.
As he watched your face return from blank to your normal easy-going one, he felt a little relief. Maybe you had moved on. Maybe it didn’t bother you that much.
Sam shook his head a little to clear it, listening back in on the conversation. He needed to focus on the upcoming hunt.
Your phone went to voicemail for the second time. Sam hung up, trying his brother instead.
”Yello?” Dean answered on the second ring.
”Is everything okay?” Sam asked.
”Yeah…why?”
”Where’s Y/N?”
”She’s right here, watching Dr. Sexy with me.”
Sam clenched his teeth and felt his jaw tick. You’d ignored his calls.
“Sammy?” Dean asked after Sam neglected to respond.
“Yeah, uh, nevermind. I was just checking in. Danielle and I finished the hunt. We’re gonna spend a couple days up here and then I’ll be home.”
”Alright, brother. Enjoy,” Dean said. Sam could almost hear his eyebrows wiggling. He rolled his eyes and hung up without responding.
“Everything okay?” Danielle asked, putting her arms around Sam’s neck from behind and placing her face against his. He swallowed, pushing aside his annoyance.
“Yep, all good.”
You
Dean hung up the phone and turned to look at you.
“What?” You asked, feigning innocence.
“You wanna tell me what that was about?” He asked, eyeing you.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” you huffed, turning back to the TV.
Dean snatched the remote from next to you, turning it off. “Bullshit. You’ve been weird the last two days. What is going on? Did you and Sam have a fight or something?”
“Or something,” you muttered.
“Y/N,” he said, staring you down.
“You know how I feel about him, right?” You asked with a sigh.
“Yeah,” he replied with a shrug.
”Well, that just makes it…hard to be around him right now. Or talk to him.”
Dean nodded slowly. “But, Y/N, this isn’t anything really new, is it?”
You let out a dry chuckle. “Well, it turns out my feelings aren’t so one-sided.”
”Well I coulda told you that,” he said, rolling his eyes. “Sam’s always been crazy about you.”
You nodded, pursing your lips. You gave him a minute to let what he was saying sink in.
“Wait, if you know you like each other, why aren’t you together?”
”Because dating when you’re a hunter is a bad idea,” you said flatly.
”But…Danielle’s a…” he trailed off. “Oh.”
”Yeah. Oh.”
”I’m so sorry, Y/N/N. I wouldn’t have been so easy-going about her being here if I’d known,” he said, his eyes shining with regret.
”Don’t worry about it, De. I just…I need some space from him. I don’t think I can be his friend right now.” You felt your face crumple a bit as the words left your mouth. You sniffled, and you saw Dean’s eyes flash with a protective anger.
”I’ll knock some sense into him,” he said, his jaw ticking.
“Dean, no. I’m a big girl. I don’t need you to beat up your brother for me,” you said with a chuckle. Dean really was your best friend outside of Sam, and you felt your heart swell a little at the thought of him siding with you over his own brother.
”Fine,” he sighed. “But Y/N, you say the word, and his ass is grass.”
You laughed and rolled your eyes, Dean’s antics cheering you up a little. “Got it.”
It was a little harder to avoid Sam when he got back from his “mini-vacation.” He had clearly caught on to the fact that you didn’t want to hang out with him. Not that you were subtle.
Whenever Sam walked into a room you were in, you mumbled some excuse and left. You could see that it was bothering him, but you couldn’t bring yourself to care. It’s not like he didn’t deserve it.
He’d tried to talk to you about it a couple of times. You’d been able to avoid the conversation.
Until now, that is.
”Y/N, stop.” He grasped your arm as you turned to leave the library. You’d come in from the kitchen and seen him there and immediately tried to escape. He was fast, though, and pulled you to a bookshelf, effectively cornering you.
You pulled your arm away from his hand as if he’d burned you.
“What, Sam?” You asked with very little patience.
”What do you mean, ‘what’? You’ve been avoiding me for the better part of a month,” he replied, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Yeah, well, you’ve been busy,” you said, emphasizing the last word.
“I’ve been here almost every day,” he said, clearly not getting what you were saying. “Why don’t you want to hang out with me? I miss you.”
You almost softened your resolve when he said that. But the pain that creeped in when you remembered Danielle put the wall right back up. If he couldn’t see what he’d done, you weren’t going to explain it to him.
”It’s nothing, Sam. I’ve just been busy, too.” You met his eyes but made sure to keep yours blank. He searched them for a moment. “Can I go now?” You asked.
He nodded, a look of sadness on his face. You slipped past him and out of the library before you could change your mind.
A few more weeks went by and you could feel yourself becoming less and less like yourself. You continued to give Sam the cold shoulder, and it seemed he had given up trying to get you to talk, too. You spoke with him when it was essential for hunts, but rarely outside of that.
Danielle had been joining many of your hunts and hanging around the bunker a lot. It was painful to see them together, but she really was a nice girl and a great hunter. It wasn’t her fault you were heartbroken.
You breathed a sigh of relief when you heard Danielle wouldn’t be coming on the afternoon’s hunt. You were going to the next town over to take care of a vamp nest, which should have been quick and easy.
It wasn’t.
There were more vampires than any of you had thought. The three you killed easily were only a third of what the nest actually was. You each took on two more when they appeared. You could hear the sounds of Sam and Dean fighting theirs off as you lopped off the head of one of yours. The other one, though, got the jump on you. He threw you against the wall with unbelievable force, knocking the wind out of you.
You laid crumpled on the floor, trying to get your bearings. You had hit your head, and you reached back to feel the bump, your hand coming back red with blood. Your back was screaming, and you could tell you’d at least bruised a few ribs.
“Stupid girl,” the vampire said, closing in on you slowly. “You killed my family. That cannot stand.”
Your vision was becoming fuzzy around the edges, unconsciousness pulling at you. As the vamp leaned in, fangs bared, his eyes went wide just before his head was gone. It rolled to the floor and his body fell back with a loud thump on the floor.
“Y/N! Y/N, are you okay?” Sam shouted. He was kneeling down in front of you where the vampire had just been. He held your shoulders and you blinked hard, trying to get your vision to clear. It was useless, though, and you felt yourself go limp before darkness took over.
“Y/N. Y/N,” you heard as you opened your eyes. You blinked against the harsh light of the bunker’s kitchen. You were sat in a chair, Dean holding you up by your shoulders and lightly tapping your face.
”Y-Yeah,” you said, your head pounding. “I’m okay.”
”I’ll be the judge of that,” he replied. He checked you over and when you both agreed that you’d just been knocked out and probably had some bruised ribs, he gave you a glass of water and left to go shower. You were still sitting, and realized that Sam was leaning against the counter, staring at you.
“You scared me,” he said quietly.
You pursed your lips, shrugging. “I’m fine.”
”You’re not fine. We’re not fine,” he said, looking away and shaking his head.
“Sam, don’t,” you said. You stood up and took a moment to steady yourself.
“Just talk to me, Y/N!” He said, suddenly walking toward you.
”Why don’t you talk to your girlfriend, Sam?” You said, unable to hide the hurt from your voice.
Sam’s eye met yours, a look of regret taking over.
“I made a mistake,” he said quietly.
“You—you made a mistake.” You stated sarcastically.
“Yeah, Y/N. I made a mistake starting a relationship with Danielle. I still have feelings for you,” he said. He lifted a hand like he wanted to touch you, but dropped it when he saw the look on your face.
You felt the rage bubbling up inside as you held back the tears forming the best you could.
”What do you want me to say, Sam?” You said through gritted teeth. “I’m not going to feel sorry for you.”
He swallowed, his soulful eyes meeting yours.
“You did this to us, Sam. You chose to date her. You chose this.”
”We both agreed it was better not to try!” He argued.
“No, Sam. You said it was better. I only went along with it because it was what you wanted! And then you decided to try with her!” You sucked in a breath as the tears fell in an attempt to calm yourself. “She is a good person, Sam. She doesn’t deserve less than one-hundred percent of you.”
You stepped forward, gripping his hand. You brought your eyes up to his. “Be the good man I know you are. Be with her.” You squeezed his hand once before dropping it. You brushed past him and down the hall to your room. Closing the door, you collapsed onto your bed and let the sobs escape. Some time later, you felt the bed dip behind you. You hadn’t even heard anyone come in over your sobs. So much for your hunter ears.
You knew from the scent of whiskey, cologne, and motor oil that it was Dean, though. He put a hand on your shoulder and pulled you toward him, and you let him. You rested your head on his chest and gripped his shirt as you cried. He kept his arms around you and let you, shushing you and kissing the top of your head. After what felt like hours, you fell asleep surrounded by the comfort of your best friend.
Sam
It had been a few hours since he’d seen you or Dean, so Sam decided to go looking for you. After looking in all the common areas of the bunker, he carefully opened the door to your room.
Dean met his eyes from his spot leaning against the headboard of your bed and Sam slid his gaze down, taking in your sleeping form. He could see that the space around your eyes was puffy from crying. He took a deep breath in, letting it out in a pained sigh.
“She been asleep long?” He asked his brother.
Dean just shook his head. “She’s really out, though.”
”Dean—“
”Sam, I don’t want to hear it,” Dean said, cutting him off. “Whatever bullshit reason you have for doing what you did—for doing this,” he said, nodding toward you with his head, “I don’t want to hear it.”
Sam bit the inside of his cheek and looked away, feeling the tears stinging the back of his eyes.
”What am I supposed to do, man?” He asked his big brother, his voice breaking slightly. “I love her.”
Dean’s eyes softened. “You do what’s right. You do what you always should have.”
”I can’t lose her,” Sam said quietly. He worried for a second that Dean wouldn’t know if he meant Danielle or you.
“I get it,” Dean replied, and Sam wasn’t worried anymore. “But you have to decide what that means for you. Cause you can’t have it both ways.” He looked down at you again, effectively telling Sam that he was done talking.
Sam left your room, closing the door quietly behind him.
The right thing. He’d always tried to do the right thing. And look where it’d gotten him.
He knew what he was going to do, right or wrong be damned.
You
You’d woken at some point to Dean sliding out from under you and covering you with your comforter. You were already falling back asleep as he kissed your head and said, “Sleep, sweetheart.”
Now you woke again. Your phone on your nightstand told you it was 11 AM. You’d slept for twelve hours.
Everything from the night before came rushing back to you. You squeezed your eyes shut, trying to calm yourself. Your head throbbed and your ribs ached as you got out of bed and made your way to the bathroom. You showered, the hot water stinging your head wound but soothing your sore muscles. You dressed in your leggings and a t-shirt before throwing one of Sam’s flannels over it. You may not have been his girlfriend—or even speaking to him—but you would be damned if you were going to give up the comfiest piece of clothing you’d stolen from him.
You padded down the hall to the kitchen, noticing how quiet the bunker was. You didn’t know where the brothers were, but decided not to worry about it before you’d even had some coffee.
You walked into the library, intent on sitting in one of the overstuffed leather chairs by the bookshelves. You stopped, though, when you saw Sam sitting at one of the tables. He wasn’t pouring over any old tomes or looking at his laptop like usual. He was just sitting there, staring at his hands. He looked up then, and you knew he’d been waiting for you.
”Sam, please, I can’t do this again,” you said, not wanting to argue with him.
He stood, walking to you in two long strides and taking your mug, setting it down on the table nearest to you. You watched him in confusion as he came back to stand in front of you.
“You said I was a good man, Y/N.” He grabbed each of your hands with his, his eyes never leaving yours. “But a good man wouldn’t have broken your heart.”
You could feel tears welling up in your eyes. “Sam—“
”Let me just say this, Y/N/N,” he said softly. You nodded for him to continue.
“I was trying to do the right thing when I said we shouldn’t be together. I thought it would just be too hard, and I didn’t want to lose you. But being without you created this—this hole in me. So I tried to fill it. I distracted myself with Danielle. I didn’t even really want to be in a relationship with her. It’s not like I forgot what I had just said about dating as hunters. But it was different with her. The stakes weren’t as high.”
You watched him as he continued, his grip on your hands staying firm.
”She only eased the ache for a little bit, though. It always came back. It came back because you are what I need.
”When you got hurt on the hunt yesterday, my heart nearly stopped. It didn’t matter that we aren’t together. Losing you would ruin me, whether we’re together or not.
“I broke up with Danielle this morning. Maybe that makes me a bad person. I don’t know. I don’t care, though. I’m so in love with you, Y/N. And I can’t go another minute without you in my life.”
Your heart thudded in your chest, and you could feel the tears leaking out of your eyes and down your cheeks. Sam lifted his hands to your face, his thumbs wiping the tears away.
“I’m going to kiss you now,” he said when it was clear you were speechless. You nodded, finding it was the only thing you could manage at the moment.
Sam smiled lightly and leaned in, bringing his lips to yours. In that moment it was like you had found everything that had ever been missing in your life. You were whole again. You brought your hands up around his neck, tangling your fingers in his hair. He moaned, wrapping one arm around your back and pulling you flush to him.
After a few moments he pulled away, his eyes searching yours. You realized you still hadn’t spoken.
You smiled. “You are a good person, Sam. And I love you, too.”
His face lit up and he pulled you back in for another kiss.
“Thank God,” you heard from the bottom of the stairs. Dean stood there holding a few takeout bags. “I couldn’t take any more of y’all’s drama.”
You rolled your eyes at your friend before turning back to Sam. “So, do you want to try this?” You asked cautiously.
”Try? No,” he replied. Your heart sank for a moment before he continued. “We’re doing this. You’re it for me, Y/N,” he said, placing a finger under your chin before bringing his lips to yours again.
You smiled as he pulled away. “Guess we’re friends again,” you joked.
“Nuh uh,” he said, pulling you close again. “You’re mine,” he whispered in your ear. It sent a shiver down your spine.
“Then show me,” you whispered back. Next thing you knew, Sam had thrown you over his shoulder and was marching down the hall.
“Guess I’ll see you guys later,” you heard Dean call with a chuckle.
And as Sam tossed you gently on his bed and crawled up, hovering over you, you knew that he finally got it.

Chapter two
“Did you grab the salt?” Sam asked from the passenger seat.
“What kinda question is that” Dean scoffed, Sam nodded and looked back out of the window. They were parked outside of the Walter’s house, the sky was dark and the air was cold.
“They should be leaving anytime-“ Dean trailed off as the door to the house opened.
“Cmon kids were gonna be late” Mrs. Walter’s said, gently pushing her children to the car. They all got inside her car and drove off down the road.
“Show time” Dean said, they quickly got out of the car and started grabbing their guns.
“Alright if the necklace is what’s keeping him here it should be somewhere in the house” Sam said as they made their way to the stairs
“What if his wife wears the necklace though?” Dean said
“If he was beating her I doubt she’d wear his necklace, it’s probably somewhere in their bedroom or in a box somewhere” Sam walked up to the door and started to pick the lock. Once they were inside they split up and searched the house for the necklace. Sam went upstairs and Dean took the first floor.
“Where are you” Dean mumbled to himself. He started to open cabinets, carefully ruffling through their things. As he was walking through the living room he heard a loud bang echo through the house.
“Sammy?” He called, immediately pausing his search
“I’m ok” Sam yelled back
“Was it him?” Dean asked
“Yea, be careful” Sam warned, he loaded his salt round again. Dean continued to search downstairs until he heard a high pitch scream. He whipped his head around and ran towards the scream. When he came into the kitchen he saw a small figure on the ground with Mr. Walters hovering above it. Dean quickly shot the spirit and went to help the person on the floor. He grabbed their shoulder and picked them up before he realized who it was.
“Catherine?” He asked, the woman looked up at him with wide eyes.
“You..” She raised her brow and shoved Dean off of her.
“Who the hell are you lady?” Dean said, Sam came running into the kitchen.
“Dean what-“ he trailed off when he saw Catherine.
“Wait why is she?”
“I don’t know, who the hell are you?” Dean said, this time his voice was deeper
“I don’t have time for this, what are you two doing? Robbing the place? Move” she said, she tried shoving her way past Dean but he grabbed her by the wrist. She quickly twisted her arm and landed a good punch on his cheek.
“Don’t touch me!” She growled
“Woah” Sam said, he threw his hands up and backed away. “We’re not robbers” he said
“Oh really? Then why are you two here cause you’re clearly not police officers” she scoffed
“Well neither are you” Dean said, rubbing his cheek
“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you” she said, trying to move past them for the second time
“Listen” Sam stepped in front of her, hands still up. “You’d be surprised how much we believe in” he said softly. She sighed and rolled her eyes
“I’m a hunter” she said
“You’re a hunter?” Dean questioned, he looked her up and down
“Not the animal kind” she huffed
“You mean you hunt spirits and stuff” Sam said, she turned to look at him with a confused expression.
“How do you know about spirits” she asked
“We’re hunters” Dean said, she shut her eyes for a second and shook her head.
“Alright well that’s all fine and dandy but I got a job here to do gentlemen, so excuse me” she said
“Wait, wait, wait, we can help” Sam offered
“Sorry dude I don’t do partner work, I’m a solo kinda guy” she shrugged
“you mean girl” Dean mumbled under his breath
“Whatever” she said rolling her eyes again, “I don’t like working with other people, I like to get the job done my way and I’ve been working this case longer than you” she successfully made it past Sam and walked into the living room. The boys followed her.
“Do you even know what you’re looking for” Dean asked
“Necklace with a pendulum about yay big” she said holding her fingers up to the size of the charm. Sam gave her an impressed smile and looked at Dean.
“Nice work” Sam said looking back to her
“I’m good at what I do” she shrugged
“So where is it?” Dean asked
“Well therein lies the problem dingus” she snickered before she returned to her search. Sam smirked at Dean who was red in the face.
“Look lady-“
“Would you quit calling me that” she scoffed, aggressively pulling out cushions from the couch.
“Catherine” Dean corrected himself “we usually work alone but we could use the help” he suggested
“I’m sorry but you don’t own this case, I do” she said pointing to herself “you wanna work in this town that’s fine but leave my work alone” she said coldly.
“I mean it’s-“
“Shut it Sasquatch, I already told you I’m fine thanks for the offer but no thanks” she kept her eyes down, ignoring the boys while she searched. Sam sighed before he grabbed Deans shoulder lightly
“Let’s just go” he said
“What? No we-“
“Cmon, there’s no use let’s just fine another case” Sam cut his brother off before Dean could argue. Dean clenched his jaw and glared at Catherine before he let Sam guide him out of the house.
“I should go back in there and tell her off” Dean grumbled to himself as they walked down the stairs at the front door.
“Right and say what exactly” Sam chuckled as they made their way back to the car.
“I don’t know yet I’m working on it” Dean muttered
“You tell me when you’ve got it all figured out” Sam joked. They went to open their doors before there was a loud shriek. Both of the boys snapped their heads up and looked back at the house. It wasn’t the scream of Mr. Walters, it was Catherine. Without much of a second thought they both darted back up to the house, Sam in front, Dean close behind. Sam ripped the door open and frantically looked for Catherine.
“Find the necklace, I got her” Sam said once he saw her figure lying on the living room floor. Dean nodded and booked it up stairs to the bedroom. Sam quickly came into the living room and scanned her over for injuries.
“Catherine? Hey, hey, are you hurt? Where does it hurt?” He asked as he crouched down next to her.
“My stomach” she groaned, her knuckles were white as she gripped onto the rug under her hands.
“Ok, I’m just gonna lift your shirt here ok?” Sam warned, he didn’t want to make her uncomfortable. She nodded and allowed him to lift the shirt. Sam grimaced when he saw a pool of blood behind the fabric and a nasty slice just under her sports bra.
“He got you pretty good you’ll need stitches” he said, taking his jacket off quickly. He carefully and gently held the jacket against her stomach. She whimpered and dug her heels into the ground
“Sorry” he whispered, he glanced up at her and furrowed his brows when her expression quickly changed.
“Get down!” She yelled, he immediately followed her orders and ducked. She swiftly pulled her gun out and shot Mr. Walters who was standing directly behind Sam. He disappeared and she lowered her gun.
“Thanks” Sam said, slowly lifting his head back up.
“No problemo” she grunted
“No problemo” Sam thought to himself. “That phrase sounds familiar” he started to ponder where he had heard that phrase over and over again but his train of thought was quickly broken by Deans loud cheer.
“Got it!” Dean yelled just as Mr. Walters appeared in the living room again. Sam was about to take aim before Mr. Walters caught fire. He quickly evaporated, this time for good. Dean came barreling down the stairs with his gun in his hand.
“Sammy!” He called, his voice laced with worry
“I’m fine, he got her pretty bad though Dean she’s bleeding” Sam said, still holding the jacket down. Dean came over and checked out her wounds before assessing the situation.
“Ok bring her to the car we’ll drop her off at the hospital” Dean said
“No!” She cried “no hospitals” she shook her head
“Catherine you’re-“ Sam started before she cut him off
“You’re hunters aren’t you? Can’t stitch up a little cut?” She asked
“That ain’t a little cut sweetheart” Dean pointed. She would’ve barked back at the sweetheart comment but she was in too much pain.
“Look I know it’s a big ask but please don’t take me to a hospital. I can’t afford the questioning and insurance stuff, just stitch me up and I’ll be fine” she said, slightly out of breath. Sam looked to Dean for help and Dean pinched his nose for a brief second
“Fine, we’re going to the motel but don’t complain when you have an ugly scar across your stomach”
“Deal” she agreed, Sam scooped her up and they sped down the road to the motel.

When it came to being a hunter, there were a few unspoken rules. One of them being that no one asked anyone about their past; such as: how they got into hunting or any personal questions period. So when Sam met you while doing research in a public library for a hunt, which you helped solve, none of those questions were asked. Of course they made sure to test you to make sure you weren't a werewolf or demon or any other monster but after all the tests were negative you came along with them on hunts. At first you stayed in the motel room next door, but after a couple months you stayed with the boys in their room.
You'd been with the boys for eight months now, dating Sam for four of them. Even though Sam and Dean didn't ask you about your past they both had noticed different little habits that you did that showed them that your life wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. Sam noticed that you hated giving your opinion or making any decisions. Dean noticed that any time he would yell or even just raise his voice in the slightest you would go into a complete panic. Noises in general seemed to send you into high alert. You were also very timid, not just in public but even still with them to an extent. And touching. You didn't like to be touched. Dean had gone to ruffle your hair once but after he saw you flinch and even braced for, what he assumed was for him to hit you…they avoided touching you. After that Sam let you initiate any kind of touch or affection that you wanted. He had gathered that you must have been in an abusive relationship at some point in your life and that maybe you were running away from them when they found you.
You were starting to open up some though. Sam was really happy to see you for you. He got to see what movies you liked and what kind of books you liked to read, and also just hear you talk about anything and everything.
You loved being with the boys. Even though the hunting itself was scary, living the hunter lifestyle was somehow better than your life before. You didn't remember a lot from when you were young growing up. (probably because your mind thought it was too much and too traumatic…) It had always just been you and your mom. She always hated you. You didn't know why, she simply just did. That was how it had always been. She knew how to cut you down in a second, how to quickly make you doubt yourself, and shit was she a master at guilting you! She knew you; all of your weaknesses and she used them against you anyway and any time she wanted.
The day you had run away was when you realized she had taken all the money you had hidden away and she had found it and spent it; all of it. She has ransacked your room looking for money and when you confronted her about it she didn't apologize, (which part of you knew she wouldn't, she never had before) she actually turned the tables on you, gaslighting you up, and playing the victim. For whatever reason that was when you had clarity: she was a narcissist and no matter what you did it would never be enough. So you ran. Now, eight months later you were traveling with the Winchester's helping on hunts.
You hadn't even been hunting, or rather researching, for long but when they saw you as an asset they let you come along with them. (After some begging and pleading and then the promise of taking them to the best diner in the city…) Sam intimidated you at first but then you realize that he was just a sweet/awkward/loveable goofball. Dean was also very caring towards you. They both made you feel safe, but Sam was your safe place.
Sam had always been so patient and understanding since you both had first met. Sam didn't ask questions or say that you were overreacting or being a drama queen when you would start to panic about something, he would just calmly apologize (which in itself was always quite startling since your mom had never done that once in her life…) and help you calm down. Sam never made you feel like you were a burden or too much, he and Dean on many occasions, would remind you that you were none of those things and they were happy that you decided to travel with them.
You and the boys were on your way back to Bobby's after a hunt when Dean stopped at a diner for lunch.
"Dean, you realize every diner is going to advertise they have the best pie." Sam stated as he rolled his eyes. You tried to hide your laughter, as you hid your face in his jacket.
"Yes and as a pie expert Sammy it's my job to find the best one." Grinning back at Sam, Dean went to the hostess so they could be seated. Just as you were about to joke with Sam was when you saw her. You froze. How did she know you were here? Had she been following you? No no no. This couldn't be happening…
Sam immediately felt you tense. He looked down at you puzzled, when he saw the look in your eyes. Terror and fear. Was there a monster in here? Or…was the person that caused you so much trauma here?
"Y/N?" He felt you tremble against him when you spoke his name but your eyes remained locked on whatever was the cause of your current state. "It's okay baby I've got you. I'm right here. You're safe." Speaking softly to you, he gently wrapped his arms around your back hugging you to him. Your entire body was quaking underneath him. He needed to get you out of here; now.
"Hey love birds, come on table's re-" Dean stopped sentence when he saw you both. His hunter instincts kicked in immediately. He followed your locked gaze to see a woman staring back at you. Dean walked back over to the two of you while looking at Sam.
"I don't know, I just want to get her back to the car." Dean nodded as they all got back in the Impala, this time Sam with you in the backseat.
You knew the boys were talking about you, about wherever had just happened and what to do next but it sounded like they were underwater. Your chest felt like it was being crushed by an anvil and your vision was really fuzzy…
"Y/N!" You tried to focus as you looked up at Sam. He was talking to you, or at least you thought he was because you could see his lips moving. You squinted trying to read his lips, "Breathe. I need you to breathe baby." Oh. You were having a panic attack. You put your head against his chest as you tried to breathe in sync with him. After what felt like hours you began to crash from your adrenaline rush wearing off.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry Sammy. I don't- I don't know how she found me. My fault…it's my fault." You mumbled, eyes closing before you could hear Sam ask what you were talking about.
Sam had just gotten you into the motel room that Dean had found just two minutes down the road. You had been in a full panic in the car, having one of the worst panic attacks he had seen you have in a long time. When Sam noticed you were about to pass out was when Dean made the decision to drive to the motel. Just as Sam tucked you in was when Dean walked in.
"She okay?" Shaking his head as he recklessly ran his fingers through his hair, Sam began to pace.
"I don't know. I've never seen her react like that Dean, never. And she, she was apologizing about someone finding her?" Dean walked over and led Sam back to the bed.
"We'll figure this out, okay? She's gonna be okay Sammy." Sam nodded, laying down next to you and hoping Dean was right.
After a couple hours you woke up with a start, sitting straight up.
"Whoa, whoa! It's just me Y/N! It's Sammy." When you heard Sam's voice you immediately leaned into him for comfort as you took in your surroundings. "We're at a motel." You nodded, relaxing a bit. Dean was sitting on the bed watching a western, after twenty minutes went by when you finally spoke.
"My mom. My mom was who…who I saw in the diner." You admitted quietly, playing with your fingers you were more starting down at. Dean raised an eyebrow.
"Your mom was who scared you?" You nodded, still staring at your fingers. Sam gently rubbed circles on your back as he softly whispered, "It's okay. You're safe. You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to." A few minutes of silence went by when you gathered up the courage to speak.
"When I met Sam in the library, I was doing research about demons. Not because I was a hunter but because I thought, well…kind of…God this sounds awful." A bitter laugh left your lips as you shook your head, tears steadily fell down your cheeks. "I had run into hunters before, heard my share of stories about demons and so I was hoping there was something I missed, something that I didn't test on her right because there was no way she wasn't a demon. I mean who could just treat their child so, so awful unless they were a demon?"
Shit. Sam and Dean had both had it all wrong. You weren't running from an abusive boyfriend. You were running from your abusive mom. Sam pulled you into his chest holding you tightly against him as he tried to calm you.
"I'm so sorry Y/N. I'm so sorry." He whispered.
Dean just shook his head in disgust.
"I've said it once and I'll say it again: demons, hell even monsters I get! But people," He shook his head as he laughed bitterly. "People are crazy."
An hour went by before everyone seemed to settle when you sat up and began to speak.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys from the beginning about what was going on…"
"Hey, there is nothing to apologize for. You didn't have to tell us anything." Shushing you, Sam pulled you back into his lap, gently placing your hair behind your ear.
"Sam's right. Look, whatever happened is in the past. You've got us now." You looked from Dean to Sam confused.
"You mean…you want me to stay?" Sam looked at you befuddled before his face softened.
"Of course, but only if you want to." A smile slowly grew on your face.
"Yes. I most definitely want to." You wrapped your arms around him. Like Bobby had always said, "Family don't end in blood." And these boys, they were your family.

Intense pain.
That was the last thing you registered as your life was taken from you by the demons who jumped you. It was also the first thing you registered as you woke up. You were surrounded by uncomfortable fiery heat that made your skin burn slowly. You were in hell, you knew that much; but you didn’t know why.
You looked at the demon that walked into the room. You got ready to fight but realized you were chains against the stone wall. “What do you want you soulless bitch?”
“Such a mouth on you,” they sneered. “I like it.”
“Why am I here? I lived a good life. I protected the innocent, I don’t deserve to be here.”
“I thought you and Sammy were supposed to be the smart ones.” You weren’t following. “You’re not being punished. You’re the punishment.” Your heart sank. “Killing you and dragging you down here was very challenging. We had to pull a lot of strings and distract a lot of reapers and spirit guides. But when I bring Dean in here,” the demon took a long happy and relaxed breath. “Oh, I’m getting goosebumps just thinking about it.”
“Leave him out of this.” It’s only been four weeks since his death, but you couldn’t imagine what they’d put him through in that time. Now they’d stooped so low as to kill you to exact revenge on him.
“It’s too late for that sweet Y/N.” She looked over her shoulder and yelled, “Bring him in.”
Escorted by two other black eyed meat suits, Dean walked tensely into the room. The second his eyes landed on you his eyes snapped back to the demon. “You bitch, you’ve gone too far. I’ve had enough of your damn tricks.”
“Not a trick, Dean-O. Go ahead, look at her face and tell me if you see a demon in disguise.”
Frantically and nervously he looked back to you. When he realized your face was indeed your face he neared you and raised a shaking hand to your cheek. “Y/N?” His voice broke, “What are you doing here?”
“We ran out of ice cream,” you sadly smiled. He knew you always had to have ice cream wherever you were. “I went to the store and they jumped me. About 8 of them and….now I’m here.”
“You’re not supposed to be here.”
“But she is, Dean. And you know what that means.”
“Shove it. I’m not doing anything. Not to Y/N.”
“What’s he talking about, Dean?”
The demon grinned. “Why don’t I give you a little time to talk things over. You can tell her everything you’ve been up to.” As soon as the door shut Dean tried to get your cuffs off with no results.
“You shouldn’t be here, Y/N. This is all my fault. I’m so sorry.”
“Dean.” You stopped him. “Stop and look at me. Just let me look at you.” Reluctantly he listened. “I missed you so much.”
“You’re all I think about down here, Baby. How long has it been? You haven’t aged a day.”
Concern for him hit you harder. “Dean. It’s only been a month.”
“What? Just a month?”
“How long has it been down here?” You weren’t sure you wanted to know the answer.
“Ten years. That’s how long it’s been down here. They have me doing awful things, Y/N. You need to hear it from me before they tell you.”
“Like what?”
“They have me torturing souls. I- I didn’t want to. But it was me or them, Y/N and the things they were doing to me were 10 times worse than what I did to them. It’s the only way,” he was speaking frantically.
“Dean,” you snapped him out of it. You were cut off by the door opening and the demon walking back in. “Are you ready Dean?”
“Ready for what?”
“To work on your little girlfriend.” The henchman wheeled in a cart of knife and instruments of pain.
“Go to hell.”
“I’m already there, Baby. Here are your options, Dean. You do your turkey carving on your little girlfriend here, or I’ll send you pack to the pit and I’ll send her to our best torturer. Well, 2nd best now.”
“I’m not touch-”
“He will do it,” you spoke for him.
“Y/N, no.”
“Listen to me. I’m not letting you go back there. And I’d rather spend eternity in hell with you in pain, then not seeing you at all. This is the best thing for both of us, Dean. Please. I can take it.”
******
You woke up in a small dark box, weak and struggling to breath. You attempted to break your way out of the box but were too tired to bust it open. Just as the will left your body the sunlight broke through and Dean’s face greeted you from the other side. “Y/N? Are you ok? I heard you trying to get out.”
“Dean? Wh-what is this?” He pulled you out of the hole and you saw the crosses that marked what you assumed were your graves. “Are we-”
“Alive. Yeah, I think so. We have to find Sammy. If he did something dumb, I’ll kill him.” You leaned on him for support as you walked your way to civilization.”
******
Bobby watched you from across the room. You sat looking out the window with a blanket wrapped around your body as tight as possible. Your blank stare had been aimed out of the window for hours. “What happened down there, Dean?”
“Bobby…,” he trailed. His voice shook and tears pricked his eyes as he looked at you and looked at his feet. “They made me do things to her. It was decades. They made me to things; things that I worried would happen to her when I was alive. They made me do those things to her down there. Y/N insisted I be the one to do it, so we could at least be in hell together. She kept saying she was alright, that she could take it, Bobby. But every time a drop of blood spilled from her a part of my soul died. I don’t know how she can look at me after everything I did. I don’t know how after every session she still managed to smile and tell me she loved me, but she did. And I’m so scared that now that we are back she’s going to look at me and realize I’m the monster that ruined her down there.”
Bobby’s heart broke looking at you and hearing what had happened to you both in those four months on Earth. “Son,” he struggled to find the word. “You two are back now, and that’s what matters. We’re going to find Sam, and we are going to get to the bottom of this.”
My dream was that me and you went to a convention together and met the entire cast. And I passed out seeing the gorgeousness that is Mr Jared Padalecki and Mr Jensen Ackles 😂
They took us back to the green room and looked after us 😊
I know that one day something like this will probably happen in real life 😂😂😂
Omg that sounds exactly like us! 😂 I shall try my best but I make no guarantees 😂

A Dream Come True
The two girls stood in line with the other fans, butterflies fluttering in their stomachs and threatening to escape up their throats. They had dressed in their favourite armour for the occasion: plaid flannels; jeans; boots; and jackets that seemed to swallow them whole. They felt like badasses, surrounded by other badasses.
They felt at home.
“Oh my God I’m so nervous...” said Lexi, wringing her hands together and bouncing on the balls of her feet.
“Don’t you mean oh my Chuck?” Hollie grinned, craning her neck to try and get a better look down the line.
“Chuck can kiss my arse,”
“You sound like a proper Winchester,” the friends laughed together as they stepped forward once more, the suffocating heat of the crowd momentarily forgotten.
“D’you think they’re gonna be like what we’ve seen on tv?” Lexi asked quietly, scared to voice her concerns aloud.
“I’m sure of it,” said Hollie, her voice lacking any doubt, “Don’t worry Lex, it’ll be great! We’ve been waiting for this for years!”
“I know, I know. It’s just, now that it’s actually happening I’m kinda worried it’s gonna go horribly,”
“Yeah, I know what you mean, but we can’t think like that. Jesus, Lex, you look like you’re gonna pass out, do you need to sit down?”
“Uh, no, don’t worry, I’m fine. It’s just a bit hot is all,” Lexi said, ignoring the thundering rhythm of her heartbeat in her ears.
Slowly, the young women made their way down the line and closer to their idols. They had been waiting months for the convention and the nerves had tortured them in their sleep, coating their foreheads in cold sweats as they stayed up late into the night discussing anything and everything.
“What pose do you want to do with them?” Hollie asked, making sure to keep her friend distracted from her worries.
“Um, I don’t know,” Lexi said, “you got any ideas?”
“Hmm, maybe we could do like a big group hug? That would be nice. Or how about we try that idea you had on the way here-”
“-That was a joke!”
“It’d be awesome if we did it, though,” Hollie grinned mischievously, “One of us climbs on the other’s back and we try to reach Jared’s height, it’d be so funny! Definitely one of a kind, too!”
“That’s if we can actually lift each other up long enough to take the picture,” Lexi giggle.
“Oh c’mon, you’re strong enough,”
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, when did we decide I’m the one doing the lifting?!”
The line continued to get shorter and shorter, moving along at a snail’s pace. Hollie and Lexi giggled and grinned all the while, throwing out ideas for poses for the photograph they would be taking in a few minutes.
“Next please!”
And then there they were. Hulking over everybody in sight with wide smiles plastered on their beautiful faces, Jared Padelecki and Jensen Ackles stood in front of a backdrop of blue with half a dozen cameras pointed directly at them. The three women who had just had their picture were walking away, all of them grinning from ear to ear with rosy cheeks.
“Holy Chuck...” Hollie whispered, barely audible enough for even Lexi to hear.
With all eyes now on them, Lexi tugged a now apparently catatonic Hollie forward a few steps. What had gotten into her? She had been bubbling with excitement mere seconds ago and now she was frozen. And incredibly pale.
“Hey there,” said Jensen, flashing the two girls his signature wink.
What happened next happened so suddenly, barely anyone had time to react. With a small gasp, Hollie all of a sudden fell sideways with her eyes rolling up into her skull. Her own eyes going wide, Lexi shot forward faster than she thought was possible and looped her arms under Hollie’s, successfully catching her and holding her up from the floor.
“Get a chair!” Jensen called out to no one in particular.
“And some water!” Jared added, coming forward to help the girls over to a discreet corner of the room, out of sight from the curious crowd.
Gripping her friend like a lifeline, Lexi hauled Hollie over to the chair they were given and gently placed her in it. She then got to work on removing her friend’s jacket and tossing it on the floor next to them, not caring if it was in the way of someone else.
All Lexi cared about was her friend; her sister.
After a few moments, Hollie groaned and her eyes fluttered open. Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion at the sight of her jean-clad knees and heavy boots. Hadn’t she been standing just now?
“Hols?” Lexi said quietly, rubbing soothing circles on the girl’s shoulder with her thumb, “Hols, you ok?”
“What happened?” Hollie asked, raising her head and taking in her surroundings.
“You fainted. You’re alright, though, I caught you before you hit the deck and there’s water here. Take a sip,”
Hollie shakily brought the water bottle to her lips and relished the feeling of the cold water going down her throat. She could feel her heart rate decreasing and pins and needles erupting in her toes, letting her know she wouldn’t be going anywhere for a while. Looking to the side at her friend, Hollie smiled.
“Told you you’re strong enough to lift me,” she said.
Lexi scoffed, “Yeah, well, you didn’t really leave me any other choice. I thought I was the one on the verge of passing out, not you,”
“You’re lucky you’re friend was there,” Jared said as him and Jensen crouched next to the chair and smiled reassuringly, “you could’ve hit your head if she didn’t catch you,”
“She’s not my friend,” Hollie said, patting Lexi’s hand and giving her a smile, “she’s my sister,”
“With you for the long haul, sis,” Lexi said, winking knowingly.
“No matter where it leads,” said Hollie.
“Heaven or Hell,” the girls finished in unison.
“You two sound like Sam and Dean,” Jensen said, nodding towards the two friends sisters.
“Or you two,” Hollie shot back, a small smile playing on her lips.
“Found family, then, I’m guessing?” said Jared, his smile lighting up his face.
“Well, family don’t end with blood, right?” said Lexi.
“Damn straight,” said Jensen, giving a fond look towards Jared.
**
When the convention ended for the day and the sun had long gone to bed, Hollie and Lexi walked back to their hotel with a new bounce in their steps. Lexi’s arm slung over Hollie’s shoulders and Hollie’s arm wrapped around Lexi’s waist, they marched their way down the street unafraid of the monsters in the dark and the things that went bump in the night. And they knew that whenever they were apart, all they had to do was look at the pictures in their pockets. The pictures of the two of them huddled in by J2, all warm smiles with a strengthened bond that no one would ever take away.
Despite Supernatural having come to an end and their idols behind them, Hollie and Lexi walked away feeling more like family than ever.
