We’ll be starting with the classics! Batman: Year One and Superman for All Seasons are both four issues focusing on Bruce and Clark’s early adventures in their superhero careers. They’re great standalones and introductions to their post-crisis stories.
And two of the most defining live-action superhero movies in the genre! Superman (1978) features Christopher Reeve’s debut as Superman. Batman (1989) directed by Tim Burton has Michael Keaton as Batman.

The Supermen of the Silver Screen
Just hilarious to me how the evacuation of Metropolis is something people get bent out of shape over. They just cannot wrap their heads around the idea that a world that has known about metahumans, aliens, and monsters for 300 years might have plans in place to deal with these kinds of calamities and get civilians out of harms way. Or how movies also condensed time so what might take a couple of hours in real life can be shown in a short montage.
Also really wish the Snyder fans would at least try to understand the concept of "execution" because films can have similar ideas and themes, but how they are executed is what ultimately matters. For example, both Superman '78 and Man of Steel have Clark being deeply affected by the sudden death of his father when he's a teen, but only one of those films did it successfully while the other has become a joke.
