Remember when Anne headbutted a guard in a steel cap so damn hard, she not only knocked him out, but sent him flying with such force that she did the same to two other toads?
And then completely walked it off without any problems, not having taken any damage?
It can be easy to miss, but when you actually start looking, Amphibia is absolutely full of these kind of moments where the girls are blatantly superhuman post opening the box and taking the calamity powers into themselves.

"Hyeri, 167cm and 47kg, is not it?" "Surprise"
Bid me defend thee! Thy danger over-human strength shall lend me, A hand of iron and a heart of steel, To strike, to wound, to slay, and not to feel.
Mary Elizabeth Coleridge, from “Affection”
Sun Wukong’s incredible strength and speed
I’ve previously posted about the Monkey King’s greatest feat of strength, which involves the immortal carrying the weight of two mountains, Mt. Sumeru and Mt. Emei, on his shoulders while running after his master. I showed that these are in fact cosmic mountains with a deep significance to Buddhism. For example, Mt. Sumeru is the axis mundi around which the universe spins and on top of which the gods and their many heavens reside. But something I forgot to stress was the speed with which Sun Wukong runs. The novel reads: “Carrying two mountains, he began to give chase to his master with the speed of a meteor!” (看他挑著兩座大山,飛星來趕師父). According to this page, meteors (飛星) enter the atmosphere between 25,000 to 160,000 mph (40,226 to 257,451 km/h). So even on the low end, Monkey would be traveling at mach 32(!) while carrying the weight of the aforesaid cosmic mountains. Pretty impressive, no?
