I never actually got around to playing further than the first ten minutes, but I’ve been meaning to pick it back up and do something with it, mostly because it just looks so lovably ridiculous, I’d love to experience and share it with everyone!

Well, JED is a very convenient dictionary. Also if you’d like to write in japanese I’d recommend Simeji keyboard. It also has these cute emojis and other stuff (｀･ω･´)ﾉ

tae kim’s guide to japanese is great, it’s a website guidetojapanese.org/lea… and a really nice app for android and iphone, kanjidamage.com is good for learning kanji, and there’s a bunch of memrise decks for kanji too :)

I use Japanese Flip on iOS. I don’t remember if it’s free or not, but I love it and I have used it for a couple of years now. It has everything sorted by JLPT level.
