This album is a collaboration between three artists:
-éŖęćć„ćæ (Izumi Yukimura), a famous kayokyoku singer.
-ęéØčÆäø (Ryoichi Hattori), a swing/jazz arranger.
-Caramel Mama (another name for Hosono's Tin Pan Alley group) as the rhythm section/backing band.
What results is a classic that fuses older forms of Japanese pop with the funk and blues stylings of the time. Recommended!
