Renovating Sunset Valley.
Maybe it's the European (or the poor person) in me but I always felt EA's version of a working class family house is my version of a mansion. So one of the things I've been doing in SV is normalizing the houses, and by normalizing I mean deleting all but the first floor to make the houses more compact.
Also this way I get to keep the original floorplan, and hopefully keep some of SV's original building base.
Unfortunately there is no lot adjuster for TS3 because if there was, I would also reduce the lot sizes, to make the neighborhoods denser.
