This tasty grilled pizza with salami, corn, burrata cheese, and fresh basil makes you feel like you're in the summer. Wonderful for a sunny day!
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 4-6 slices of salami. 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels. 1/2 cup burrata cheese, torn into small pieces. Fresh basil leaves for garnish. Olive oil for brushing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Put the dough on the grill with the oil side down. Put it on the grill for two to three minutes, or until it bubbles and gets grill marks. Spread olive oil on the dough's top side and then flip it over on the grill. Cover the side of the dough that was grilled with pizza sauce. Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Spread out the salami slices and sweet corn kernels on top of the cheese. Cover the grill and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crust is golden. As soon as you take the pizza off the grill, put ripped pieces of burrata cheese on top of it. Add salt and pepper to taste, and then top with fresh basil leaves. Cut the pizza up and serve it hot.
