- he likes sweet things more than savory, especially fruit,, fruit bat dettlaff is basically canon in my mind wow

- he purrs like a cat!! guys vampires should totally purr like cats!! get with the times

- his hair is like really curly and he feels no need to take care of it, but regis ofc is really into proper hair care and forces him to sit through elaborate routines in order to keep it manageable (which is difficult cause sensory issues)

- he wears gold instead of silver!! the silver allergy is canon but i think his metal color of choice is gold (mecoded)

- he was really antisocial in his youth (his whole life actually) i think even amongst other higher vampires? so while regis was going to wild parties & getting drunk on blood dettlaff would just sorta stand on the sidelines and idk doodle in his sketchbook and then leave after an hour because of the noise (he'd still get invited everytime until others got the hint to leave him alone)

oh I already talked about it in other posts!

I enjoyed it and it made me cry a lot the first time, now that I had more time to sit with it, I see it more as an exposition via visuals ep so after rewatching the scenes there was the most to learn from, idk if I would rewatch in full like I could with other eps but I still think it got the job done!

oh but other things I haven't mentioned before: I think Ribbit is a very sweet person and they didn't deserve how Jax treated them at all

the stargazing adventure was def hers (foreshadowing with the tail and ribbon in the clouds), she must have put it in the suggestion box in hopes to reconcile with Jax and then Caine forgot about the box existing

Kaufmo is such a chill dude (shoutout to the "I know we don't get along but x" meme format)

the Gangle and Zooble character progression is more of a side story but all their interactions are well done and give you stuff to think about!
